Ни в коем случае нельзя винить мост в медицинском путешествии! 01.10.2023 мне сделали желудочный рукав после того, как мне порекомендовали ирем, и я так рада, что сделала это! Я был взволнован, нервничал, боялся всех эмоций, о которых только можно подумать, но все время чувствовал себя спокойно, и после операции уход был невероятным, все, что мне было нужно, было предоставлено! И теперь я дома, уход не прекратился, я могу написать в любое время, если у меня возникнут вопросы!

Was für eine tolle Erfahrung, gut betreut. Die Nachsorge war großartig. Ich bin so dankbar für alles, was Sie für mich getan haben. 4 Stunden nach der Operation konnte ich laufen, und 12 Tage nach der Operation geht es mir immer noch gut. Ich kann diesen Chirurgen und Iram wärmstens empfehlen.

Gastric Sleeve, my partner had the procedure, organised by the lovely Irem at Bridge Health Travel. We chose this clinic after a work colleague told me about her experience from procedure & high standard of care she got from making contact with Irem to travelling & transfer to hospital for the operation & ongoing aftercare. My colleague passed on my number to the host- Irem who made contact via WhatsApp- there was no hard-sell or endless messages- we were able to get back to Irem in our own time with no pressure which was great. Irem was keen to answer any questions we had over the procedure & would quickly reply, which helped us to make an informed choice in our own time. After considering the options of procedure in UK vs abroad, we decided to choose Bridge Health Travel. From when we made decision, Irem’s approach is professional & well organised-assisting with travel plans (best flight times for procedure) around our scheduled leave and recovery. Still many more questions to Irem who is fantastic & nothing a silly question. Our flights from the UK were delayed by over 4hrs & we kept Irem informed of our flight number & updated, and when we landed messaged her & our transfer was ready waiting for us by time we got through border-control. Polite, professional driver in luxurious van collected us & brought us straight to private clinic where Irem met us at foyer. Irem oversaw paperwork needed to check-in and straight to en-suite room, met nurses & bloods done. The clinic was clean, nurses were attentive- even with language barrier it was professional & well-organised. Irem was perfect host with excellent English skills between us & clinical team. Next morning, my partner met their surgeon- had full medical report completed with 3 different specialist consultants and was consulted by internal medical consultant (all with Irem supporting translation) before green light for surgery that afternoon. We met surgeon again prior to surgery, for any questions. I had many more questions for Irem while partner was in surgery & I was really anxious, she is so caring and has actually gone through this procedure herself that I was reassured by her. Post-surgery recovery was patient-focused with getting comfortable & pain relief, nurses were precise & knew exactly what they needed to get done. Alongside this Irem was there to support & reassure me when I was upset(I’d never experienced my partner in hospital before). Even after Irem left to go home (I kept her quite late) she messaged me & said to stay in touch if I needed to speak to her again. The standard of care we received from the clinical team was fantastic over the 5days/4nights, absolutely outstanding. The private UK option would have had my partner in only for one day then home. After the whole experience; the professionalism, teamwork & dedication of the clinical team my partner would not have got this level of care in UK which I feel was necessary for procedure & post-op recovery. House-keeping staff visited room 3x per day, cleaned room & en-suite & made-up/put away companion bed am & pm. Companion meals were provided but if you don’t like it then Irem can organise take-out. Dietician visited Irem for post-surgery nutrition instructions & supplies including powders & vitamins. Again lots of questions for dietician over food-groups & shift-patterns. Aftercare was available online for a further 12 months included in booking. To be fair I hadn’t expected the level & standard of care after reading & hearing stories of surgery abroad; how wrong we were - I’m so glad we chose to use Bridge Health Clinic. I would highly recommend Bridge Health clinic to family, friends & other people considering surgery abroad, contact Irem who genuinely cares about the people & family members in her care, she is an excellent host. Ich kann diese Firma nur wärmstens empfehlen, ich hatte wie jeder andere Patient Angst und wusste nicht, was mich erwarten würde, aber sobald ich aus dem Flugzeug stieg, wurde ich sofort von einem VIP-Taxi begrüßt, das uns zum Krankenhaus brachte, wo ich mich traf die tolle Iram, sie hat mir alles erklärt und mir alles erklärt, was ich wissen musste. Das Krankenhaus selbst war so sauber, dass etwa viermal am Tag Reinigungskräfte in unser Zimmer kamen. Sie waren auch großartig im Umgang mit unserer Begleiterin und versorgten sie dreimal am Tag mit Mahlzeiten. Ich hatte nach der Operation ein paar Komplikationen, bei denen ich drei Bluttransfusionen brauchte, aber ich wieder einmal, die Chirurgin und ihr Team gaben mir das Gefühl, sehr beruhigt zu sein und mir keine Sorgen zu machen. Am vierten Tag fuhren wir per VIP-Transfer zu einem Hotel und das Hotel war fantastisch. Seitdem ich nach Hause komme, schreibt mir Irem eine Nachricht oder kann mich jederzeit anrufen, wenn ich eine Frage stellen muss. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich dieses Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem aber kann ich es nur wärmstens empfehlen, weil es mein Leben verändert hat

Bana her konuda yardımcı oldular. Çok dikkatli ve arkadaş canlısıydılar. Kesinlikle onları ziyaret etmelisiniz. Bu hizmeti seveceğinize eminim. Tüm hizmetlerinden dolayı kendilerine minnettarım.

Я так нервничала перед приездом, но как только я приехала, Ирем была рядом и вела меня на каждом этапе пути, забота, которую я получал от персонала, была потрясающей… Меня постоянно проверяли, меняли постельное белье и давали мне лекарства, моя мама, которая приехала со мной бесплатно, получала 3-х разовое горячее питание. В целом очень доволен своим опытом работы с больницей и всем персоналом.

Can not fault bridge health travel at all! Had my gastric sleeve on 10/1/2023 after irem being recommended to me and I'm so glad I did! I was anxious excited, nervous scared every emotion you can think of but was really kept at ease the whole time and after surgery the care was incredible, anything I needed was given! And now I'm home the aftercare hasn't stopped I can message any time if I have a query!

Went for a gastric balloon and I got a special and great service and attention from moment 1! Pick up from airport and staff was incredibly amazing.. attentive. Hotel provided with an excellent view and pick up from hotel to hospital was even better! Hospital attention was 10/10 they are all kind and attentive. Special thanks to the host Irem which has absolutely amazing! Kind and helpful giving excellent tips. Highly recommended! I hope to see them soon!

Rezervasyondan varışa ve ayrılmaya kadar yaşadığım deneyim 5 yıldızdı. Daha fazlasını isteyemezdim. Fiyat iyiydi, gösterilen özen olağanüstüydü. Ameliyattan neredeyse 3 ay sonra hayatım değişti. Kol ameliyatı benim için doğruydu ve uzun vadede hedefime ulaşmak için yavaş yavaş kilo vermeye devam ediyorum.

The hospital was lovely and clean. Tests were quick and efficient. Nurses were lovely and polite. The surgeon did a brilliant job, make sure you ask all your questions to put yourself at ease. Irem is on hand for you to call if you have any questions! Hotel was lovely too.

I went to Turkey in September 2023 for a Gastric sleeve. I like to thank all the staff from nurses, surgeon for making my experience amazing. Iram went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble for her, I would recommend Bridge Health Travel to anyone.

I spoke to Irem nearly a year before my surgery. She was the first person I had spoken to when I was doing my research that didn't just want to talk money with me. She asked how I was!!! Everyone at the hospital is lovely, and kind and can not do enough. I would advise anyone to use this hospital. Nothing is too much bother. I am 4 months in and 5 stone down. I have dropped from a size 22/24 to a size 12/14 and got my life back. I could not be more happy with the choice I made.

Geçtiğimiz günlerde Güzel İrem ve ekibiyle Antalya'da tüp mide ameliyatına gittim. Gerçekten onları biraz suçlayamam. Havaalanına varışımızdan sevimli hemşirelerin bakacağı otele transferimize kadar her şey o kadar sorunsuzdu ki. Hiç sorun yaşamadım İrem bana her şeyi anlattı ve beni rahatlattı. Başka kimseye tavsiye etmem. Benim için yaptığın her şey için tekrar çok teşekkür ederim İrem.

J'étais tellement nerveux avant d'arriver, mais dès mon arrivée, Irem était là et m'a guidé à chaque étape du processus, les soins que j'ai reçus du personnel étaient incroyables… J'étais constamment enregistré, changeant ma literie et me donnant médicaments, ma mère qui m'accompagnait gratuitement recevait 3 repas chauds par jour. Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait de mon expérience avec l'hôpital et tout le personnel.

I can’t recommend Bridgehealth enough. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Irem is amazing from video calls to making you feel so at ease even 3 mths after surgery checking up on me. I had so many nerves but Irem made my stay so easy. The aftercare is also amazing x
