What a fantastic experience.
Upon landing in Antalya we were met by a private transfer driver who drove us in comfort to the hospital (real hospital, not a small clinic). There I met Irem who welcomed myself and husband warmly and spoke excellent English. She answered all questions and was able to calm my nerves entirely. Irem was incredibly knowledgable - with her own nursing experience - so we knew I was in good hands.
In 2 hours of arriving at the (very clean) hospital, I had received a multitude of physical health tests using high-tech equipment - these tests would have taken place over months in the UK so I was impressed!
The facilities were clean, tidy and the staff extremely friendly. Our private en-suite rooms were cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and blankets every day, if not more often. My husband who travelled with me was offered 3 meals per day from the hospital.
I met the surgeon - who performs bariatric surgery solely - who was very friendly and encouraged questions. He explained, with the help of Irem, what was going to happen and how long I would be in surgery etc.
On the day I was taken to surgery, everything went perfectly well. I was monitored by the loveliest nurses very regularly to ensure my post-op condition was good. Nothing was too much trouble, they are so efficient and all procedures were done absolutely as you would see in the UK (just quicker).
I had a 1-2-1 conversation with a dietician who explained my wasting journey post-surgery I’m great detail. I was given a giant bag of vitamins, protein powders, literature regarding my surgery - what to expect etc and a comprehensive copy of my medical notes.
I was taken by private transfer to the hotel, which was lovely in a fabulous location. Myself and husband were very comfortable throughout.
I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. I think there is always the worry about “going abroad” for surgery, but I was so impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness, friendliness and knowledge of the team throughout.
I believe you get more than what you pay for and I am very excited to start my new weight loss journey post-surgery.
I am now home with no residual pain, just getting used to my new diet and tiny tummy.

Hemşirelerin hepsi çok tatlıydı, iletişim kurmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve hatta yardım etmek için Google çeviriyi bile kullandılar. Ich war einem Mädchen in den sozialen Medien gefolgt, das über BHT gebucht hatte. Sie gab mir die Kontaktinformationen einer Dame namens Iram. Sie hat mich sehr sorgfältig für die Operation angemeldet und war immer da, wenn ich Fragen zum Eingriff hatte. Der Tag nahte schnell und ich wurde am Flughafen von einem privaten Taxi abgeholt und Iram im Krankenhaus, obwohl es schon spät in der Nacht war! Ich wurde sofort eingeliefert und mir wurde Blut abgenommen. Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich zu allen präoperativen Tests mitgenommen und mir wurde dabei alles erklärt. Am Nachmittag wurde ich dann zur Operation angemeldet, die sehr gut verlief. Ich verbrachte noch zwei Nächte im Krankenhaus und eine Nacht in einem Hotel, bevor ich zurück nach Großbritannien reiste. Alle Krankenschwestern waren sehr nett, sie gaben ihr Bestes, um zu kommunizieren und nutzten sogar Google Translate als Hilfe. Das Krankenhaus war schön und sauber, die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt und die Mülleimer wurden zwei bis drei Mal am Tag geleert. War eine so angenehme Erfahrung und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Ich würde BHT jedem empfehlen, der sich im Ausland operieren lassen möchte.

J'envisageais de me faire poser un manchon gastrique depuis plus de deux ans avant de franchir le pas. J'ai lutté contre mon poids pendant la moitié de ma vie et j'ai trois jeunes enfants que je veux voir grandir. J'avais suivi une fille sur les réseaux sociaux qui avait réservé via BHT. Elle m'a donné les coordonnées d'une dame nommée Iram. Elle a été très minutieuse lors de ma réservation pour une opération chirurgicale et était toujours là lorsque j'avais des questions sur la procédure. Le jour approchait à grands pas et j'ai été accueilli à l'aéroport par un taxi privé, et Iram à l'hôpital même s'il était tard dans la nuit ! J'ai été admis immédiatement et des analyses de sang ont été effectuées. Le lendemain matin, j'ai passé tous mes tests préopératoires et tout m'a été expliqué tout au long du parcours. J'ai ensuite été convoqué pour une opération chirurgicale cet après-midi, qui s'est très bien passé. J'ai passé 2 nuits supplémentaires à l'hôpital et une nuit dans un hôtel avant de retourner au Royaume-Uni. Toutes les infirmières étaient adorables, elles faisaient de leur mieux pour communiquer et utilisaient même Google Translate pour aider. L'hôpital était charmant et propre, les draps étaient changés quotidiennement et les poubelles vidées 2 à 3 fois par jour. C'était une expérience tellement agréable et tout s'est passé fabuleux. Je recommanderais BHT à toute personne souhaitant se faire opérer à létranger.

Was für ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Bei der Landung in Antalya wurden wir von einem privaten Transferfahrer abgeholt, der uns bequem zum Krankenhaus fuhr (echtes Krankenhaus, keine kleine Klinik). Dort traf ich Irem, der mich und meinen Mann herzlich begrüßte und ausgezeichnetes Englisch sprach. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen und konnte meine Nerven völlig beruhigen. Irem war unglaublich kompetent ??mit ihrer eigenen Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege wir wussten also, dass ich in guten Händen war. Innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach meiner Ankunft im (sehr sauberen) Krankenhaus wurde ich mit High-Tech-Geräten einer Vielzahl körperlicher Gesundheitstests unterzogen diese Tests hätten in Großbritannien über Monate hinweg stattgefunden, also war ich beeindruckt! Die Einrichtungen waren sauber, ordentlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Unsere privaten Zimmer mit Bad wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und jeden Tag, wenn nicht sogar öfter, mit frischen Handtüchern und Decken versorgt. Meinem Mann, der mit mir reiste, wurden vom Krankenhaus drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten. Ich traf den Chirurgen, der ausschließlich bariatrische Operationen durchführt, der sehr freundlich war und Fragen stellte. Er erklärte mir mit Hilfe von Irem, was passieren würde und wie lange ich operiert werden würde usw. An dem Tag, an dem ich zur Operation gebracht wurde, lief alles perfekt. Ich wurde sehr regelmäßig von den liebenswürdigen Krankenschwestern überwacht, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Zustand nach der Operation gut war. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, sie sind so effizient und alle Verfahren wurden genau so durchgeführt, wie man es in Großbritannien sieht (nur schneller). Ich hatte ein persönliches Gespräch mit einer Ernährungsberaterin, die mir sehr detailliert meine Diät zum Abnehmen nach der Operation erklärte. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich denke, es besteht immer die Sorge, für eine Operation ins Ausland zu gehen, aber ich war durchweg von der Effizienz, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und dem Wissen des Teams sehr beeindruckt. Was Bridge Health betrifft, hätte ich mir keine bessere Erfahrung wünschen können. Hilfsbereit, unterstützend, professionell, aber vor allem fürsorglich. Alle Fragen oder Ratschläge, die Sie brauchten, haben sie mir gegeben und sind mit ihnen in Kontakt geblieben, seit ich nach Hause gekommen bin, um sicherzustellen, dass alles auf dem richtigen Weg ist.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting any work done. I genuinely couldn't explain how exceptional they were, from the very start to the very end. Super clean and friendly place, who treat you like VIP.
Every single staff member genuinely cares for you and is always making sure you are OK. I even had cleaners coming to me all the time and making sure I'm OK or if I needed anything.
Also, there was an Amazing lady called Irem who assisted me through everything, and she also kept in contact with my husband who was back home, to tell him everything was OK with me and assured him all the way whilst I was in recovery.
But honestly, me explaining my experience is nothing compared to the actual experience. I couldn't recommend them enough

Über Bridge Health Travel gibt es überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln! Habe am 01.10.2023 meinen Schlauchmagen bekommen, nachdem mir irem empfohlen wurde, und ich bin so froh, dass ich das gemacht habe! Ich war ängstlich, aufgeregt, nervös, hatte Angst vor allen Gefühlen, die man sich vorstellen kann, fühlte mich aber die ganze Zeit über sehr entspannt und nach der Operation war die Betreuung unglaublich, alles, was ich brauchte, wurde gegeben! Und jetzt, wo ich zu Hause bin, hat die Nachsorge nicht aufgehört. Ich kann jederzeit eine Nachricht senden, wenn ich eine Frage habe!

Gelmeden önce çok gergindim ama geldiğimde İrem oradaydı ve her adımda bana yol gösterdi, personelin bana gösterdiği ilgi muhteşemdi... Schlauchmagen. Bridge Health Travel hat die unglaublichste Dame Irem, die meiner Meinung nach das Herz und die Seele von Bridge Health Travel ist. Ihr Kundenservice übertrifft die Erwartungen. Jede Frage vom ersten Kontakt bis zur weiteren Unterstützung nach der Operation wird effektiv und schnell beantwortet. Der Chirurg war sachkundig und überprüfte mehrmals vor und nach der Operation. Das Krankenhauspersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt kann ich an meiner Erfahrung nichts auszusetzen haben. Ich bin erst etwas mehr als eine Woche nach der Operation und bereue nichts und bin froh, dass ich Bridge Health Travel als Teil meiner Reise genutzt habe.

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

Amazed at the level of care and hospitality given by Irem and those at the hospital. Am shocked at how efficient everything was and no time was wasted between the procedures and seeing the Dr. Everyone was extremely helpful and Irem was with us every step of the way and took tremendous care of us. She took care of everything for us. From the endoscopy, colonoscopy, ultrasound, blood tests, and pharmacy visit she was with us every step of the way and even recommended shops near our hotel to purchase food and the diet needed for these procedures. She is a gem. The hospital was immaculate.

I had a gastric sleeve 4 weeks ago today, the level of care I received was above and beyond from the moment I arrived until I was back at home. I was a solo traveller, but never ever felt alone there. Irem and Sasha went out of their way to make me feel at ease and my surgeon Dr Erdem came to visit me every day before and after surgery. If I decide to go back in the future for any plastics I won't hesitate to go back there . I am already over 2 stone lighter since starting my journey.

Je n'ai rien à redire sur les voyages de santé! J'ai eu ma manche gastrique le 10/1/2023 après qu'Irem m'a été recommandé et je suis tellement content de l'avoir fait ! J'étais anxieux, excité, nerveux, effrayé par toutes les émotions auxquelles vous pouvez penser, mais je suis resté vraiment à l'aise tout le temps et après l'opération, les soins ont été incroyables, tout ce dont j'avais besoin a été donné ! Et maintenant, je suis à la maison, le suivi ne s'est pas arrêté. Je peux envoyer un message à tout moment si j'ai une question !

I had the gastric sleeve after have the balloon for a year. Highly recommend. Very thorough with pre and post operation care. Hotel is very clean and professional. Surgeon is English speaking and so is the health care coordinator, they keep in touch with you and help every step of the way. 2 months in and Ive lost 3 stone

Beratung zur bariatrischen Chirurgie Zuerst hatte ich große Angst, weil es meine erste Operation war. Der Preis war gut, die Betreuung war gut. Viel Recherche vor der Operation. Sehr sauberes Krankenhaus (ich denke, das einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, sind die Betten für die Begleitperson). Sehr hilfsbereiter Koordinator, berät und hilft immer, wenn es Zweifel gibt. Sie zögerte nie zu antworten und wurde immer geliebt. Ich bewerte es mit 5 Sternen.
