From start to finish and on going Ive had a perfect surgery along with aftercare. I am from the UK and I was a nervous wreck even laying on the table prior to the surgery I was crying my eyes out, as I was so scared but all the staff and Dr Belen was so reassuring caring and overall lovely. Irem met me as soon as we landed and has been there throughout. I had slight gas pain after which is normal but they was on top of all pain relief, fluids everything! Couldnt fault the clinic. Im 10 weeks post-op and 2st 10b down and feel so much more confident and happier. Thank you for changing my life

Consultation de Chirurgie Bariatrique Au début, j'avais très peur car c'était ma première intervention chirurgicale. Le prix était bon, les soins étaient bons. Beaucoup de recherches avant l'opération. Hôpital très propre (je pense que la seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée ce sont les lits pour l'accompagnant). Coordinateur très serviable, conseille et aide toujours en cas de doute. Elle n'a jamais hésité à répondre et a toujours été aimée. Je lui donne 5 étoiles.

J'envisageais de me faire poser un manchon gastrique depuis plus de deux ans avant de franchir le pas. J'ai lutté contre mon poids pendant la moitié de ma vie et j'ai trois jeunes enfants que je veux voir grandir. J'avais suivi une fille sur les réseaux sociaux qui avait réservé via BHT. Elle m'a donné les coordonnées d'une dame nommée Iram. Elle a été très minutieuse lors de ma réservation pour une opération chirurgicale et était toujours là lorsque j'avais des questions sur la procédure. Le jour approchait à grands pas et j'ai été accueilli à l'aéroport par un taxi privé, et Iram à l'hôpital même s'il était tard dans la nuit ! J'ai été admis immédiatement et des analyses de sang ont été effectuées. Le lendemain matin, j'ai passé tous mes tests préopératoires et tout m'a été expliqué tout au long du parcours. J'ai ensuite été convoqué pour une opération chirurgicale cet après-midi, qui s'est très bien passé. J'ai passé 2 nuits supplémentaires à l'hôpital et une nuit dans un hôtel avant de retourner au Royaume-Uni. Toutes les infirmières étaient adorables, elles faisaient de leur mieux pour communiquer et utilisaient même Google Translate pour aider. L'hôpital était charmant et propre, les draps étaient changés quotidiennement et les poubelles vidées 2 à 3 fois par jour. C'était une expérience tellement agréable et tout s'est passé fabuleux. Je recommanderais BHT à toute personne souhaitant se faire opérer à létranger.

The surgeon was knowledgeable and checked in several times pre and post op. Hospital staff were friendly and helpful. As a whole I can’t fault my experience. I’m only just over a week post op so far no regrets and glad I used Bridge Health Travel as part of my journey.

Was für ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Bei der Landung in Antalya wurden wir von einem privaten Transferfahrer abgeholt, der uns bequem zum Krankenhaus fuhr (echtes Krankenhaus, keine kleine Klinik). Dort traf ich Irem, der mich und meinen Mann herzlich begrüßte und ausgezeichnetes Englisch sprach. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen und konnte meine Nerven völlig beruhigen. Irem war unglaublich kompetent ??mit ihrer eigenen Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege wir wussten also, dass ich in guten Händen war. Innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach meiner Ankunft im (sehr sauberen) Krankenhaus wurde ich mit High-Tech-Geräten einer Vielzahl körperlicher Gesundheitstests unterzogen diese Tests hätten in Großbritannien über Monate hinweg stattgefunden, also war ich beeindruckt! Die Einrichtungen waren sauber, ordentlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Unsere privaten Zimmer mit Bad wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und jeden Tag, wenn nicht sogar öfter, mit frischen Handtüchern und Decken versorgt. Meinem Mann, der mit mir reiste, wurden vom Krankenhaus drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten. Ich traf den Chirurgen, der ausschließlich bariatrische Operationen durchführt, der sehr freundlich war und Fragen stellte. Er erklärte mir mit Hilfe von Irem, was passieren würde und wie lange ich operiert werden würde usw. An dem Tag, an dem ich zur Operation gebracht wurde, lief alles perfekt. Ich wurde sehr regelmäßig von den liebenswürdigen Krankenschwestern überwacht, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Zustand nach der Operation gut war. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, sie sind so effizient und alle Verfahren wurden genau so durchgeführt, wie man es in Großbritannien sieht (nur schneller). Ich hatte ein persönliches Gespräch mit einer Ernährungsberaterin, die mir sehr detailliert meine Diät zum Abnehmen nach der Operation erklärte. Ich erhielt eine riesige Tüte Vitamine, Proteinpulver, Literatur zu meiner Operation was mich erwartet usw. und eine umfassende Kopie meiner medizinischen Unterlagen. Ich wurde mit einem privaten Transfer zum Hotel gebracht, das wunderschön war und eine fabelhafte Lage hatte. Ich und mein Mann haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich denke, es besteht immer die Sorge, für eine Operation ins Ausland zu gehen, aber ich war durchweg von der Effizienz, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und dem Wissen des Teams sehr beeindruckt. Ich glaube, dass Sie mehr bekommen, als Sie bezahlen, und ich freue mich sehr, nach der Operation meine neue Reise zur Gewichtsreduktion zu beginnen. Quelle expérience fantastique. À notre arrivée à Antalya, nous avons été accueillis par un chauffeur de transfert privé qui nous a conduits confortablement à l'hôpital (un véritable hôpital, pas une petite clinique). Là, j'ai rencontré Irem qui m'a accueilli chaleureusement, moi et mon mari, et parlait un anglais excellent. Elle a répondu à toutes les questions et a pu me calmer complètement. Irem était incroyablement compétente avec sa propre expérience en soins infirmiers nous savions donc que j'étais entre de bonnes mains. Deux heures après mon arrivée à l'hôpital (très propre), j'avais subi une multitude de tests de santé physique utilisant des équipements de haute technologie - ces tests auraient eu lieu pendant des mois au Royaume-Uni, donc j'ai été impressionné ! Les installations étaient propres, bien rangées et le personnel extrêmement sympathique. Nos chambres privées avec salle de bains privative étaient nettoyées régulièrement, avec des serviettes et des couvertures fraîches tous les jours, voire plus souvent. Mon mari qui voyageait avec moi s'est vu offrir 3 repas par jour à l'hôpital. J'ai rencontré le chirurgien - qui pratique uniquement la chirurgie bariatrique - qui s'est montré très sympathique et encouragé à poser des questions. Il m'a expliqué, avec l'aide d'Irem, ce qui allait se passer et combien de temps je serais en chirurgie, etc. Le jour où j'ai été emmené au bloc opératoire, tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. J'ai été suivie très régulièrement par les plus charmantes infirmières pour s'assurer que mon état postopératoire était bon. Rien n'était trop leur demander, ils sont très efficaces et toutes les procédures ont été effectuées absolument comme vous le verriez au Royaume-Uni (juste plus rapidement). J'ai eu une conversation en tête-à-tête avec un diététicien qui m'a expliqué mon parcours d'émaciation après l'opération. Je suis très détaillé. On m'a donné un sac géant contenant des vitamines, des poudres de protéines, de la documentation concernant mon opération chirurgicale - à quoi m'attendre, etc., ainsi qu'une copie complète de mes notes médicales. J'ai été emmené par transfert privé à l'hôtel, qui était charmant et situé dans un endroit fabuleux. Mon mari et moi étions très à l'aise. Je recommanderais cette entreprise de tout cur. Je pense qu'il y a toujours l'inquiétude de « partir à l'étranger » pour une opération chirurgicale, mais j'ai été très impressionné par l'efficacité, la propreté, la gentillesse et les connaissances de l'équipe tout au long du processus. Je crois que vous obtenez plus que ce que vous payez et je suis très heureux de commencer mon nouveau parcours de perte de poids après l'opération. Gastric sleeve surgery on the 25th November 2022. Im a 33 year old mother who had 2 travel alone because of child care. Irem was amazing. From start 2 finish as soon as I landed in Turkey I was well looked after. The hospital was spotless and the nurses were amazing. I was never left no longer then 30 minutes on my own. I was always being checked on and made sure I was comfortable. I flew over on Friday and I left on Tuesday. When I first woke up I was very much shocked but I had 2 nurses who didnt leave my side until I had come round and was well alert. I have had no problems at all with my surgery it took a little while for my head 2 catch up with my belly and Irem as answered any messages Ive sent very quickly. My scars are so neat and hardly noticeable now Ive gone from 16 stone 2 11 stone 9 and Im comfortable enough to start to maintain my weight at the moment I dont need any plastic surgery as Im loving my new body. But Im 50/50 about having my boobs done and if I do I will 100% be using this team again. Im even friends with my surgeon on instagram and he always replied 2 my stories or asked me how Im doing !! Honestly Turkey is a big place and many places offer this kind of surgery but Im so glad I went with this company.

I flew to Antalya on the 28th April to have a gastric balloon. It was a really smooth and professional experience. I was met by a chauffeur at the airport, was taken straight to the hospital (clean, functional) and after tests and briefings by the nurse Iram and the surgeon , was taken down for the Op a few hours later. Everything went smoothly and as soon as I was cleared by the nurses I was taken by taxi to the hotel with Iram (nurse/translator/God send). The hotel was beautiful, right on the seafront with amazing views and a spotless, very modern room.
I stayed one night and flew home the next morning, again after a private taxi back to the airport was sorted by Iram.
I’ve been given a clear eating plan and after some discomfort and sickness (all normal and expected) I’m feeling better than ever. In 10 days I’ve lost 10 pound, and I’m now slowly reintroducing solids and exercise.
Highly recommend this company and the team, I really wish I’d done it years ago.

En ce qui concerne Bridge Health, je n'aurais pas pu rêver d'une meilleure expérience. Serviable, solidaire, professionnel mais surtout attentionné. Toutes les questions ou conseils dont vous aviez besoin ont été proposés et sont restés en contact depuis mon retour à la maison pour s'assurer que tout est sur la bonne voie.

Wow, was soll ich sagen? Dank Bridge Health Travel (Irem) hatte ich die beste Erfahrung. Alles wurde besprochen, bevor ich überhaupt in ein Flugzeug stieg. Sobald Sie im Medstar-Krankenhaus ankommen, wird Irem Sie mit einem Lächeln erwarten!! Sie werden sofort aufgenommen und die Tests beginnen (sie verschwenden keine Zeit). Nach meiner Operation wurde ich immer von den Krankenschwestern/meinem Chirurgen und Irem untersucht. Für eine Operation ins Ausland zu gehen, hat mich zu Tode erschreckt, aber jetzt, wo ich es erlebt habe, würde ich es 100 % empfehlen und wieder dorthin zurückkehren! Ich bin jetzt fast eine Woche nach der Operation zu Hause und habe 1 Stein abgenommen ich fühle mich fantastisch!! Ameliyatım sırasında evime gidene kadarki deneyimim de çok iyiydi. Ekip ve cerrah çok yetenekli ve ilgiliydi, gün boyunca beni kontrol ediyorlardı ve İrem herhangi bir sorunuz olursa veya bir şeye ihtiyacınız olursa her zaman oradaydı. Kaldığım süre boyunca odalar çok temiz ve moderndi ve ayrıca çok rahattı. Refakatçi getirirseniz hastane yatağının yanına da bir yatak hazırlıyorlar ve her gün 3 öğün yemek yiyorlar ki bu çok hoş bir jestti. Değer açısından çok iyi! Ve takım gerçekten en iyisi. Zaten 13 gün sonra istikrarlı bir kilo kaybı görüyorsunuz ve İrem size eve giderken hazırlıklı olmanız için tüm ekstra bilgileri ve ilaçları veriyor!

J'ai pris l'avion pour Antalya le 28 avril pour poser un ballon gastrique. Ce fut une expérience vraiment fluide et professionnelle. J'ai été accueilli par un chauffeur à l'aéroport, j'ai été emmené directement à l'hôpital (propre, fonctionnel) et après des tests et des briefings par l'infirmière Iram et le chirurgien, j'ai été descendu pour l'opération quelques heures plus tard. Tout s'est bien passé et dès que j'ai été autorisé par les infirmières, j'ai été emmené en taxi jusqu'à l'hôtel avec Iram (infirmière/traducteur/que Dieu envoie). L'hôtel était magnifique, juste sur le front de mer avec une vue imprenable et une chambre impeccable et très moderne. Je suis resté une nuit et je suis rentré chez moi le lendemain matin, encore une fois après qu'un taxi privé pour rentrer à l'aéroport ait été réglé par Iram. On m'a donné un plan alimentaire clair et après quelques malaises et maladies (toutes normales et attendues), je me sens mieux que jamais. En 10 jours, j'ai perdu 10 livres et je réintroduit maintenant lentement les aliments solides et l'exercice. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise et son équipe, j'aurais vraiment aimé le faire il y a des années. Merci beaucoup à tous x
