Ни в коем случае нельзя винить мост в медицинском путешествии! 01.10.2023 мне сделали желудочный рукав после того, как мне порекомендовали ирем, и я так рада, что сделала это! Я был взволнован, нервничал, боялся всех эмоций, о которых только можно подумать, но все время чувствовал себя спокойно, и после операции уход был невероятным, все, что мне было нужно, было предоставлено! И теперь я дома, уход не прекратился, я могу написать в любое время, если у меня возникнут вопросы!

Ich kann Bridgehealth nicht genug empfehlen. Von Anfang bis Ende absolut brillant. Irem ist großartig, angefangen bei Videoanrufen bis hin zu dem Gefühl, dass man sich auch drei Monate nach der Operation so wohl fühlt, als man mich untersucht. Ich hatte so viele Nerven, aber Irem hat meinen Aufenthalt so einfach gemacht. Auch die Nachsorge ist super x

Ich war so nervös, bevor ich ankam, aber als ich ankam, war Irem da und führte mich durch jeden Schritt des Weges. Die Betreuung, die ich vom Personal erhielt, war unglaublich … Ich wurde ständig überprüft, wechselte meine Bettwäsche und gab mir Medikamente, meine Mutter, die mich kostenlos begleitete, bekam 3 warme Mahlzeiten am Tag. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung mit dem Krankenhaus und dem gesamten Personal

De la réservation à l'arrivée jusqu'au départ, l'expérience que j'ai vécue était 5 étoiles. Je n'aurais pas pu demander plus. Le prix était bon, les soins prodigués étaient exceptionnels. Près de 3 mois après l'opération et cela a changé ma vie. La chirurgie de la manche me convenait et je continue à perdre du poids lentement pour atteindre mon objectif à long terme.

Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui souhaitent réaliser des travaux. Je ne pouvais vraiment pas expliquer à quel point ils étaient exceptionnels, du tout début à la toute fin. Endroit super propre et convivial, qui vous traite comme un VIP. Chaque membre du personnel se soucie vraiment de vous et veille toujours à ce que vous allez bien. J'avais même des femmes de ménage qui venaient me voir tout le temps et s'assuraient que j'allais bien ou si j'avais besoin de quoi que ce soit. De plus, il y avait une dame extraordinaire appelée Irem qui m'a aidé à travers tout, et elle est également restée en contact avec mon mari qui était de retour à la maison, pour lui dire que tout allait bien pour moi et l'a assuré tout au long de ma convalescence. Mais honnêtement, expliquer mon expérience n’est rien comparé à l’expérience réelle. Je ne saurais trop les recommander

Went for a gastric balloon and I got a special and great service and attention from moment 1! Pick up from airport and staff was incredibly amazing.. attentive. Hotel provided with an excellent view and pick up from hotel to hospital was even better! Hospital attention was 10/10 they are all kind and attentive. Special thanks to the host Irem which has absolutely amazing! Kind and helpful giving excellent tips. Highly recommended! I hope to see them soon!

J'envisageais de me faire poser un manchon gastrique depuis plus de deux ans avant de franchir le pas. J'ai lutté contre mon poids pendant la moitié de ma vie et j'ai trois jeunes enfants que je veux voir grandir. J'avais suivi une fille sur les réseaux sociaux qui avait réservé via BHT. Elle m'a donné les coordonnées d'une dame nommée Iram. Elle a été très minutieuse lors de ma réservation pour une opération chirurgicale et était toujours là lorsque j'avais des questions sur la procédure. Le jour approchait à grands pas et j'ai été accueilli à l'aéroport par un taxi privé, et Iram à l'hôpital même s'il était tard dans la nuit ! J'ai été admis immédiatement et des analyses de sang ont été effectuées. Le lendemain matin, j'ai passé tous mes tests préopératoires et tout m'a été expliqué tout au long du parcours. J'ai ensuite été convoqué pour une opération chirurgicale cet après-midi, qui s'est très bien passé. J'ai passé 2 nuits supplémentaires à l'hôpital et une nuit dans un hôtel avant de retourner au Royaume-Uni. Toutes les infirmières étaient adorables, elles faisaient de leur mieux pour communiquer et utilisaient même Google Translate pour aider. L'hôpital était charmant et propre, les draps étaient changés quotidiennement et les poubelles vidées 2 à 3 fois par jour. C'était une expérience tellement agréable et tout s'est passé fabuleux. Je recommanderais BHT à toute personne souhaitant se faire opérer à l’étranger.

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

Was für ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Bei der Landung in Antalya wurden wir von einem privaten Transferfahrer abgeholt, der uns bequem zum Krankenhaus fuhr (echtes Krankenhaus, keine kleine Klinik). Dort traf ich Irem, der mich und meinen Mann herzlich begrüßte und ausgezeichnetes Englisch sprach. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen und konnte meine Nerven völlig beruhigen. Irem war unglaublich kompetent – ??mit ihrer eigenen Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege – wir wussten also, dass ich in guten Händen war. Innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach meiner Ankunft im (sehr sauberen) Krankenhaus wurde ich mit High-Tech-Geräten einer Vielzahl körperlicher Gesundheitstests unterzogen – diese Tests hätten in Großbritannien über Monate hinweg stattgefunden, also war ich beeindruckt! Die Einrichtungen waren sauber, ordentlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Unsere privaten Zimmer mit Bad wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und jeden Tag, wenn nicht sogar öfter, mit frischen Handtüchern und Decken versorgt. Meinem Mann, der mit mir reiste, wurden vom Krankenhaus drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten. Ich traf den Chirurgen, der ausschließlich bariatrische Operationen durchführt, der sehr freundlich war und Fragen stellte. Er erklärte mir mit Hilfe von Irem, was passieren würde und wie lange ich operiert werden würde usw. An dem Tag, an dem ich zur Operation gebracht wurde, lief alles perfekt. Ich wurde sehr regelmäßig von den liebenswürdigen Krankenschwestern überwacht, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Zustand nach der Operation gut war. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, sie sind so effizient und alle Verfahren wurden genau so durchgeführt, wie man es in Großbritannien sieht (nur schneller). Ich hatte ein persönliches Gespräch mit einer Ernährungsberaterin, die mir sehr detailliert meine Diät zum Abnehmen nach der Operation erklärte. Ich erhielt eine riesige Tüte Vitamine, Proteinpulver, Literatur zu meiner Operation – was mich erwartet usw. und eine umfassende Kopie meiner medizinischen Unterlagen. Ich wurde mit einem privaten Transfer zum Hotel gebracht, das wunderschön war und eine fabelhafte Lage hatte. Ich und mein Mann haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich denke, es besteht immer die Sorge, für eine Operation „ins Ausland zu gehen“, aber ich war durchweg von der Effizienz, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und dem Wissen des Teams sehr beeindruckt. Ich glaube, dass Sie mehr bekommen, als Sie bezahlen, und ich freue mich sehr, nach der Operation meine neue Reise zur Gewichtsreduktion zu beginnen. Ich bin jetzt ohne Schmerzen zu Hause und gewöhne mich nur an meine neue Ernährung und meinen kleinen Bauch. Vielen Dank an alle! Ich schätze Sie wirklich x Behandelt von: Frau İrem GÜLER

Je recommande fortement cette clinique. J'ai subi une opération de la manche gastrique le 18 avril 2023, avec une barrière linguistique, mais Irem a traduit et s'est senti à l'aise.

J'ai voyagé pour une opération chirurgicale qui a eu lieu le 16 janvier 2023, avant, à mon arrivée et tout au long de mon séjour, j'ai été bien soigné. Irem a été présent tout au long du processus, a répondu à toutes vos questions ou préoccupations et a fait de son mieux pour faire de mon expérience un processus agréable et sans stress. Je le recommande vivement et j'y retournerais très certainement à l'avenir.

Wow, what can I say? I had the best experience thanks to bridge health travel (Irem) everything was discussed before I even got a on a plane. As soon as you get to the medstar hospital Irem will be waiting for you with a smile!! You are admitted straight away and the tests begin (they don't waste any time) after my surgery I was always checked on by the nurses/my surgeon and Irem. Going abroad for surgery scared the life out of me but now that I've experienced it I would 100% recommend and go back again! I'm home now almost a week post op and I've lost 1 stone - I'm feeling fantastic!! Thank you everyone at bridge health travel for helping me be a better and healthier me

Sürekli kontrol ediliyordum, yatağımı değiştiriyordum ve bana yardım ediyordum. What a fantastic experience. Upon landing in Antalya we were met by a private transfer driver who drove us in comfort to the hospital (real hospital, not a small clinic). There I met Irem who welcomed myself and husband warmly and spoke excellent English. She answered all questions and was able to calm my nerves entirely. Irem was incredibly knowledgable - with her own nursing experience - so we knew I was in good hands. In 2 hours of arriving at the (very clean) hospital, I had received a multitude of physical health tests using high-tech equipment - these tests would have taken place over months in the UK so I was impressed! The facilities were clean, tidy and the staff extremely friendly. Our private en-suite rooms were cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and blankets every day, if not more often. My husband who travelled with me was offered 3 meals per day from the hospital. I met the surgeon - who performs bariatric surgery solely - who was very friendly and encouraged questions. He explained, with the help of Irem, what was going to happen and how long I would be in surgery etc. On the day I was taken to surgery, everything went perfectly well. I was monitored by the loveliest nurses very regularly to ensure my post-op condition was good. Nothing was too much trouble, they are so efficient and all procedures were done absolutely as you would see in the UK (just quicker). I had a 1-2-1 conversation with a dietician who explained my wasting journey post-surgery I’m great detail. I was given a giant bag of vitamins, protein powders, literature regarding my surgery - what to expect etc and a comprehensive copy of my medical notes. I was taken by private transfer to the hotel, which was lovely in a fabulous location. Myself and husband were very comfortable throughout. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. I think there is always the worry about “going abroad” for surgery, but I was so impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness, friendliness and knowledge of the team throughout. I believe you get more than what you pay for and I am very excited to start my new weight loss journey post-surgery. Husband had this surgery in September 2023. I was absolutely terrified with hearing stories of operations going wrong etc. But the Irem showed so much support. She went above and beyond. The hospital staff are amazing such good care overall our experience was excellent I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Irem
