I was a solo traveller, but never ever felt alone there. Irem and Sasha went out of their way to make me feel at ease and my surgeon Dr Erdem came to visit me every day before and after surgery. If I decide to go back in the future for any plastics I won't hesitate to go back there . I am already over 2 stone lighter since starting my journey.

J'ai pris l'avion pour Antalya le 28 avril pour poser un ballon gastrique. Ce fut une expérience vraiment fluide et professionnelle. J'ai été accueilli par un chauffeur à l'aéroport, j'ai été emmené directement à l'hôpital (propre, fonctionnel) et après des tests et des briefings par l'infirmière Iram et le chirurgien, j'ai été descendu pour l'opération quelques heures plus tard. Tout s'est bien passé et dès que j'ai été autorisé par les infirmières, j'ai été emmené en taxi jusqu'à l'hôtel avec Iram (infirmière/traducteur/que Dieu envoie). L'hôtel était magnifique, juste sur le front de mer avec une vue imprenable et une chambre impeccable et très moderne. Je suis resté une nuit et je suis rentré chez moi le lendemain matin, encore une fois après qu'un taxi privé pour rentrer à l'aéroport ait été réglé par Iram. On m'a donné un plan alimentaire clair et après quelques malaises et maladies (toutes normales et attendues), je me sens mieux que jamais. En 10 jours, j'ai perdu 10 livres et je réintroduit maintenant lentement les aliments solides et l'exercice. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise et son équipe, j'aurais vraiment aimé le faire il y a des années. Merci beaucoup à tous x

Außerdem gab es eine tolle Dame namens Irem, die mir bei allem behilflich war, und sie hielt auch den Kontakt zu meinem Mann, der zu Hause war, um ihm zu sagen, dass bei mir alles in Ordnung sei, und versicherte ihm die ganze Zeit, während ich mich erholte. What can I say absolutely excellent care from enquiry to the aftercare and support. Irem the care co ordinator saw the whole process through from the very start . Arrived and was collected from the airport and met in person at the hospital by Irem pre operative tests very through bloods, ultrasound, X-ray, echocardiogram, only then cleared for surgery. Irem was there supporting at every step even escorting me to surgery and was there when I returned to my room. Hospital was spotless and medical staff very competent and skilled. Surgeon was available to answer questions and reassure. Nutrition support ongoing. My experience has been excellent.

Gastric Sleeve. Bridge Health Travel have the most amazing lady Irem who in my opinion is the heart and soul of Bridge Health Travel. Her customer service is beyond the expected levels. Every question from the first port of contact to continuing support post op is dealt with effectively and quickly.
The surgeon was knowledgeable and checked in several times pre and post op. Hospital staff were friendly and helpful. As a whole I can’t fault my experience. I’m only just over a week post op so far no regrets and glad I used Bridge Health Travel as part of my journey.

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

Je suis récemment allée chercher ma manche gastrique à Antalya avec la Lovely Irem et son équipe. Je n'ai vraiment rien à leur reprocher. tout s'est très bien passé depuis l'arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'aux transferts à l'hôtel pour être pris en charge par les charmantes infirmières. Je n'ai eu aucun problème. Irem m'a tout expliqué et m'a mis à l'aise. Je ne recommanderais personne d'autre. Merci encore Irem pour tout ce que tu as fait pour moi.

Ne harika bir deneyim. Antalya'ya indiğimizde bizi rahat bir şekilde hastaneye (gerçek hastane, küçük bir klinik değil) götüren özel bir transfer şoförü tarafından karşılandık. Orada kendimi ve kocamı sıcak bir şekilde karşılayan ve mükemmel İngilizce konuşan İrem ile tanıştım. Tüm soruları cevapladı ve sinirlerimi tamamen sakinleştirmeyi başardı. İrem, kendi hemşirelik tecrübesiyle inanılmaz derecede bilgili biriydi, bu yüzden emin ellerde olduğumu biliyorduk. (Çok temiz) hastaneye geldikten 2 saat sonra, yüksek teknolojili ekipmanlar kullanılarak çok sayıda fiziksel sağlık testi yaptırdım - bu testler Birleşik Krallık'ta aylar boyunca yapılmış olacaktı, bu yüzden etkilendim! Tesisler temiz, düzenli ve personel son derece cana yakındı. Özel banyolu odalarımız, daha sık olmasa da her gün temiz havlu ve battaniyelerle düzenli olarak temizlendi. Benimle seyahat eden eşime hastaneden günde 3 öğün yemek ikram edildi. Sadece bariatrik cerrahi uygulayan cerrahla tanıştım, çok arkadaş canlısıydı ve soruları teşvik ediyordu. İrem'in yardımıyla neler olacağını, ne kadar süre ameliyatta kalacağımı vs. anlattı. Ameliyata alındığım gün her şey yolunda gitti. Ameliyat sonrası durumumun iyi olduğundan emin olmak için en sevimli hemşireler tarafından düzenli olarak takip edildim. Hiçbir şey çok fazla sorun yaratmadı, çok etkililer ve tüm prosedürler Birleşik Krallık'ta göreceğiniz gibi (sadece daha hızlı) tam olarak yapıldı. Ameliyat sonrası israf yolculuğumu çok detaylı bir şekilde anlatan bir diyetisyenle 1-2-1 sohbet ettim. Bana dev bir paket vitamin, protein tozu, ameliyatımla ilgili literatür - ne beklemeliyim vs. ve tıbbi notlarımın kapsamlı bir kopyası verildi. Muhteşem bir konuma sahip olan otele özel transferle götürüldüm. Ben ve kocam boyunca çok rahattık. Bu şirketi tüm kalbimle tavsiye ederim. Ameliyat için yurtdışına gitme endişesi her zaman var diye düşünüyorum ama ekibin verimliliği, temizliği, güleryüzlülüğü ve bilgisinden çok etkilendim. Ödediğinizden daha fazlasını alacağınıza inanıyorum ve ameliyat sonrası yeni kilo verme yolculuğuma başlayacağım için çok heyecanlıyım. I was so nervous before arriving, but as soon as I arrived Irem was there and led me through every step of the way , the care I received from the staff was amazing … I was constantly being checked in on , changing my bedding and giving me medication, my mum who came with me for free received 3 hot meals a day. Overall really happy with my experience with the hospital and all the staff

Was für ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Bei der Landung in Antalya wurden wir von einem privaten Transferfahrer abgeholt, der uns bequem zum Krankenhaus fuhr (echtes Krankenhaus, keine kleine Klinik). Dort traf ich Irem, der mich und meinen Mann herzlich begrüßte und ausgezeichnetes Englisch sprach. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen und konnte meine Nerven völlig beruhigen. Irem war unglaublich kompetent ??mit ihrer eigenen Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege wir wussten also, dass ich in guten Händen war. Innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach meiner Ankunft im (sehr sauberen) Krankenhaus wurde ich mit High-Tech-Geräten einer Vielzahl körperlicher Gesundheitstests unterzogen diese Tests hätten in Großbritannien über Monate hinweg stattgefunden, also war ich beeindruckt! Die Einrichtungen waren sauber, ordentlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Unsere privaten Zimmer mit Bad wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und jeden Tag, wenn nicht sogar öfter, mit frischen Handtüchern und Decken versorgt. Meinem Mann, der mit mir reiste, wurden vom Krankenhaus drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten. Ich traf den Chirurgen, der ausschließlich bariatrische Operationen durchführt, der sehr freundlich war und Fragen stellte. Er erklärte mir mit Hilfe von Irem, was passieren würde und wie lange ich operiert werden würde usw. An dem Tag, an dem ich zur Operation gebracht wurde, lief alles perfekt. Ich wurde sehr regelmäßig von den liebenswürdigen Krankenschwestern überwacht, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Zustand nach der Operation gut war. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, sie sind so effizient und alle Verfahren wurden genau so durchgeführt, wie man es in Großbritannien sieht (nur schneller). Ich hatte ein persönliches Gespräch mit einer Ernährungsberaterin, die mir sehr detailliert meine Diät zum Abnehmen nach der Operation erklärte. Ich erhielt eine riesige Tüte Vitamine, Proteinpulver, Literatur zu meiner Operation was mich erwartet usw. und eine umfassende Kopie meiner medizinischen Unterlagen. Ich wurde mit einem privaten Transfer zum Hotel gebracht, das wunderschön war und eine fabelhafte Lage hatte. Ich und mein Mann haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich denke, es besteht immer die Sorge, für eine Operation ins Ausland zu gehen, aber ich war durchweg von der Effizienz, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und dem Wissen des Teams sehr beeindruckt. Ich glaube, dass Sie mehr bekommen, als Sie bezahlen, und ich freue mich sehr, nach der Operation meine neue Reise zur Gewichtsreduktion zu beginnen. Had surgery 10th October was very nervous flying out to have it done but the experience was ?????? everyone was so kind and helpful from being picked up from airport to my return. So many checks bloods/scans ect. Iran was so lovely and is there for u at any time. Highly recommend

I have recently been for my gastric sleeve over in Antalya with the Lovely Irem and her team. I really couldn't fault them one bit. everything was so smooth from arriving at the airport to the transfers to the hotel to be looked after by the lovely nurses.
I had no problems Irem explained everything to me and put me at ease. Wouldn't recommend anybody else. Thank you so much again Irem for all that you did for me.

Nearly 3 months post op and it’s changed my life. Sleeve surgery was right for me and I am continuing to lose weight slowly to hit my goal long term.

The hospital I got admitted to was extremely pleasant, very clean and spacious, the staff will look after you properly and will care for you. Everything was sorted from airport pick up, doing tests in the lab, follow-up care after surgery and everything. I am truly grateful for the work you do, hope you help a lot more people

What a fantastic experience.
Upon landing in Antalya we were met by a private transfer driver who drove us in comfort to the hospital (real hospital, not a small clinic). There I met Irem who welcomed myself and husband warmly and spoke excellent English. She answered all questions and was able to calm my nerves entirely. Irem was incredibly knowledgable - with her own nursing experience - so we knew I was in good hands.
In 2 hours of arriving at the (very clean) hospital, I had received a multitude of physical health tests using high-tech equipment - these tests would have taken place over months in the UK so I was impressed!
The facilities were clean, tidy and the staff extremely friendly. Our private en-suite rooms were cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and blankets every day, if not more often. My husband who travelled with me was offered 3 meals per day from the hospital.
I met the surgeon - who performs bariatric surgery solely - who was very friendly and encouraged questions. He explained, with the help of Irem, what was going to happen and how long I would be in surgery etc.
On the day I was taken to surgery, everything went perfectly well. I was monitored by the loveliest nurses very regularly to ensure my post-op condition was good. Nothing was too much trouble, they are so efficient and all procedures were done absolutely as you would see in the UK (just quicker).
I had a 1-2-1 conversation with a dietician who explained my wasting journey post-surgery I’m great detail. I was given a giant bag of vitamins, protein powders, literature regarding my surgery - what to expect etc and a comprehensive copy of my medical notes.
I was taken by private transfer to the hotel, which was lovely in a fabulous location. Myself and husband were very comfortable throughout.
I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. I think there is always the worry about “going abroad” for surgery, but I was so impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness, friendliness and knowledge of the team throughout.
I believe you get more than what you pay for and I am very excited to start my new weight loss journey post-surgery.
I am now home with no residual pain, just getting used to my new diet and tiny tummy.
