J'ai été opérée le 16 janvier 2023 et je peux honnêtement dire que les soins que j'ai reçus ont été de 10/10. Dès mon arrivée en Turquie jusqu'à mon départ, j'ai été extrêmement bien pris en charge. Irem, mon interprète, était incroyable, elle est vraiment allée au-delà des attentes. Tout m'a été expliqué concernant mon opération et pour l'après mon opération. Je recommande fortement les voyages de santé en pont.

I’ve just returned in the last week from having gastric sleeve surgery. I originally planned to have a mini bypass but the surgeon was amazing and after looking at blood tests etc decided I didn’t need that and the sleeve would be fine. Irem has been fantastic and been very helpful in explaining everything, arranging the surgery and also my hotel for afterwards before going home. I ended up having the sleeve surgery and my gallbladder out as I had stones which were luckily picked up by scans at the hospital. Irem, the surgeon and all the nurses were so helpful and kind and truly looked after me as I were on my own. Thank you

Gastric sleeve surgery on the 25th November 2022. I’m a 33 year old mother who had 2 travel alone because of child care. Irem was amazing. From start 2 finish as soon as I landed in Turkey I was well looked after. The hospital was spotless and the nurses were amazing. I was never left no longer then 30 minutes on my own. I was always being checked on and made sure I was comfortable. I flew over on Friday and I left on Tuesday. When I first woke up I was very much shocked but I had 2 nurses who didn’t leave my side until I had come round and was well alert. I have had no problems at all with my surgery it took a little while for my head 2 catch up with my belly and Irem as answered any messages I’ve sent very quickly. My scars are so neat and hardly noticeable now I’ve gone from 16 stone 2 11 stone 9 and I’m comfortable enough to start to maintain my weight at the moment I don’t need any plastic surgery as I’m loving my new body. But I’m 50/50 about having my boobs done and if I do I will 100% be using this team again. I’m even friends with my surgeon on instagram and he always replied 2 my stories or asked me how I’m doing !! Honestly Turkey is a big place and many places offer this kind of surgery but I’m so glad I went with this company.

J'envisageais de me faire poser un manchon gastrique depuis plus de deux ans avant de franchir le pas. J'ai lutté contre mon poids pendant la moitié de ma vie et j'ai trois jeunes enfants que je veux voir grandir. J'avais suivi une fille sur les réseaux sociaux qui avait réservé via BHT. Elle m'a donné les coordonnées d'une dame nommée Iram. Elle a été très minutieuse lors de ma réservation pour une opération chirurgicale et était toujours là lorsque j'avais des questions sur la procédure. Le jour approchait à grands pas et j'ai été accueilli à l'aéroport par un taxi privé, et Iram à l'hôpital même s'il était tard dans la nuit ! J'ai été admis immédiatement et des analyses de sang ont été effectuées. Le lendemain matin, j'ai passé tous mes tests préopératoires et tout m'a été expliqué tout au long du parcours. J'ai ensuite été convoqué pour une opération chirurgicale cet après-midi, qui s'est très bien passé. J'ai passé 2 nuits supplémentaires à l'hôpital et une nuit dans un hôtel avant de retourner au Royaume-Uni. Toutes les infirmières étaient adorables, elles faisaient de leur mieux pour communiquer et utilisaient même Google Translate pour aider. L'hôpital était charmant et propre, les draps étaient changés quotidiennement et les poubelles vidées 2 à 3 fois par jour. C'était une expérience tellement agréable et tout s'est passé fabuleux. Je recommanderais BHT à toute personne souhaitant se faire opérer à l’étranger.

16/01'de tüp mide ameliyatı oldum ve deneyimim muhteşemdi, şu ana kadar 16 kilo verdim, hemşire ekibi muhteşemdi. İrem dikişlerimin mükemmel bir şekilde iyileştiğine ve daha iyi bir ameliyat isteyemeyeceğime dair her türlü soruyu tercüme etmede harikaydı.

Je suis actuellement à 2 semaines d'une opération après une manche gastrique et j'ai eu la meilleure expérience avec les voyages de santé en pont - j'ai été aidée tout au long par Irem et je lui dois vraiment beaucoup pour m'avoir aidé à changer ma vie ! Dès le début, elle a été très serviable, solidaire et attentionnée ! C'est l'une des principales raisons pour lesquelles j'ai choisi cette entreprise, car je l'avais harcelée pendant des mois et des mois avant de décider d'aller de l'avant et je suis content de l'avoir fait. Mon expérience pendant mon opération jusqu’à mon retour à la maison a également été très bonne. L'équipe et le chirurgien étaient très compétents et attentionnés, me surveillant tout au long de la journée et Irem est toujours là pour toute question ou si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Les chambres étaient très propres et modernes pendant mon séjour et c'était également très confortable. Si vous amenez un compagnon, ils ont également installé un lit à côté du lit d'hôpital et 3 repas par jour pour leur quotidien, ce qui était un très beau geste. Tellement bon pour le rapport qualité/prix ! Et l'équipe est vraiment la meilleure. Vous constatez déjà une perte de poids constante après 13 jours et Irem vous donne toutes les informations supplémentaires et les médicaments avec lesquels rentrer à la maison afin que vous soyez prêt à votre retour à la maison !

Gastric Sleeve, my partner had the procedure, organised by the lovely Irem at Bridge Health Travel. We chose this clinic after a work colleague told me about her experience from procedure & high standard of care she got from making contact with Irem to travelling & transfer to hospital for the operation & ongoing aftercare. My colleague passed on my number to the host- Irem who made contact via WhatsApp- there was no hard-sell or endless messages- we were able to get back to Irem in our own time with no pressure which was great. Irem was keen to answer any questions we had over the procedure & would quickly reply, which helped us to make an informed choice in our own time. After considering the options of procedure in UK vs abroad, we decided to choose Bridge Health Travel. From when we made decision, Irem’s approach is professional & well organised-assisting with travel plans (best flight times for procedure) around our scheduled leave and recovery. Still many more questions to Irem who is fantastic & nothing a silly question. Our flights from the UK were delayed by over 4hrs & we kept Irem informed of our flight number & updated, and when we landed messaged her & our transfer was ready waiting for us by time we got through border-control. Polite, professional driver in luxurious van collected us & brought us straight to private clinic where Irem met us at foyer. Irem oversaw paperwork needed to check-in and straight to en-suite room, met nurses & bloods done. The clinic was clean, nurses were attentive- even with language barrier it was professional & well-organised. Irem was perfect host with excellent English skills between us & clinical team. Next morning, my partner met their surgeon- had full medical report completed with 3 different specialist consultants and was consulted by internal medical consultant (all with Irem supporting translation) before green light for surgery that afternoon. We met surgeon again prior to surgery, for any questions. I had many more questions for Irem while partner was in surgery & I was really anxious, she is so caring and has actually gone through this procedure herself that I was reassured by her. Post-surgery recovery was patient-focused with getting comfortable & pain relief, nurses were precise & knew exactly what they needed to get done. Alongside this Irem was there to support & reassure me when I was upset(I’d never experienced my partner in hospital before). Even after Irem left to go home (I kept her quite late) she messaged me & said to stay in touch if I needed to speak to her again. The standard of care we received from the clinical team was fantastic over the 5days/4nights, absolutely outstanding. The private UK option would have had my partner in only for one day then home. After the whole experience; the professionalism, teamwork & dedication of the clinical team my partner would not have got this level of care in UK which I feel was necessary for procedure & post-op recovery. House-keeping staff visited room 3x per day, cleaned room & en-suite & made-up/put away companion bed am & pm. Companion meals were provided but if you don’t like it then Irem can organise take-out. Dietician visited Irem for post-surgery nutrition instructions & supplies including powders & vitamins. Again lots of questions for dietician over food-groups & shift-patterns. Aftercare was available online for a further 12 months included in booking. To be fair I hadn’t expected the level & standard of care after reading & hearing stories of surgery abroad; how wrong we were - I’m so glad we chose to use Bridge Health Clinic. I would highly recommend Bridge Health clinic to family, friends & other people considering surgery abroad, contact Irem who genuinely cares about the people & family members in her care, she is an excellent host. Geçtiğimiz günlerde Güzel İrem ve ekibiyle Antalya'da tüp mide ameliyatına gittim. Gerçekten onları biraz suçlayamam. Havaalanına varışımızdan sevimli hemşirelerin bakacağı otele transferimize kadar her şey o kadar sorunsuzdu ki. Hiç sorun yaşamadım İrem bana her şeyi anlattı ve beni rahatlattı. Başka kimseye tavsiye etmem. Benim için yaptığın her şey için tekrar çok teşekkür ederim İrem.

What can I say? Bridge Health Travel has been amazing from start to finish! I decided to have a gastric sleeve after a discussion with BHT! I was given all the information possible to make my choice along with tons of no-pressure advice! From the moment I landed in Turkey, I was met at the airport and driven in a private car to the airport where I was greeted by the amazing Iram! We met the surgeon and straight away were at ease! I 100% made the correct choice in Bridge Heath Travel! The hospital and staff were all amazing! The cost of my surgery I feel was extremely good value and would highly recommend Bridge Heath Travel and Iram to anyone thinking of having this type of surgery! I had my op on the 26th of Sept 23 and it’s now the 5th of December 23 and I’ve lost 5stone 5lbs and feel like a completely difference person! Amazing Bridge Heath Travel and Iram.

Über Bridge Health Travel gibt es überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln! Habe am 01.10.2023 meinen Schlauchmagen bekommen, nachdem mir irem empfohlen wurde, und ich bin so froh, dass ich das gemacht habe! Ich war ängstlich, aufgeregt, nervös, hatte Angst vor allen Gefühlen, die man sich vorstellen kann, fühlte mich aber die ganze Zeit über sehr entspannt und nach der Operation war die Betreuung unglaublich, alles, was ich brauchte, wurde gegeben! Und jetzt, wo ich zu Hause bin, hat die Nachsorge nicht aufgehört. Ich kann jederzeit eine Nachricht senden, wenn ich eine Frage habe!

I went to Turkey in September 2023 for a Gastric sleeve. I like to thank all the staff from nurses, surgeon for making my experience amazing. Iram went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble for her, I would recommend Bridge Health Travel to anyone.

Wow, que puis-je dire ? J'ai eu la meilleure expérience grâce à Bridge Health Travel (Irem), tout a été discuté avant même de monter dans l'avion. Dès votre arrivée à l'hôpital medstar Irem vous attendra avec le sourire !! Vous êtes admis tout de suite et les examens commencent (ils ne perdent pas de temps) après mon opération, j'ai toujours été surveillée par les infirmières/mon chirurgien et Irem. Partir à l'étranger pour me faire opérer m'a fait peur, mais maintenant que j'en ai fait l'expérience, je le recommande à 100 % et j'y retournerai ! Je suis à la maison maintenant presque une semaine après l'opération et j'ai perdu 1 pierre - je me sens fantastique !! Merci à tous chez Bridge Health Travel de m'avoir aidé à être meilleur et en meilleure santé.

I couldn’t have asked for any better- from the VIP transfers to the hospital .. the actual surgery .. the care I received from everyone including the nurses. The surgeon checks up on the before and after surgery. Irem was with me the whole way if I needed her - she is a wee gem! The hotel was lovely…. If I could give my experience of this surgery 10 stars I would. I’m back home 6 weeks tomorrow and feeling fine!! I didn’t even have the gas pain afterwards! I could go on and on about my treatment but honestly, if you’re in doubt - do it! Just wish I had sooner.

J'ai utilisé cette chirurgie pour subir une Top Surgery (double mastectomie avec plastiques). Cette clinique a été incroyable du début à la fin, je n'ai rien à leur reprocher. J’ai bénéficié d’un soutien total avant même de prendre l’avion. Ensuite, j'ai été attendu du début à la fin chaque jour où j'étais là-bas. L'hôpital était très accommodant et n'aurait pas pu demander mieux. L’hôtel qu’ils m’ont proposé était tout simplement parfait pour récupérer.
