Vay be, ne diyebilirim? Köprü sağlık seyahati (İrem) sayesinde en iyi deneyimi yaşadım, daha uçağa binmeden her şey konuşuldu. Medstar hastanesine varır varmaz İrem sizi gülümseyerek bekliyor olacak!! Hemen kabul ediliyorsunuz ve tetkikler başlıyor (hiç vakit kaybetmiyorlar) ameliyatımdan sonra sürekli hemşireler/cerrahım ve İrem tarafından kontrol ediliyordum. Ameliyat için yurt dışına gitmek beni çok korkuttu ama artık bunu deneyimlediğime göre %100 tavsiye edip tekrar geri döneceğim! Ameliyattan neredeyse bir hafta sonra evdeyim ve 1 taşı kaybettim - kendimi harika hissediyorum!! Daha iyi ve sağlıklı bir ben olmama yardım ettiğiniz için Bridge Health Travel'daki herkese teşekkür ederim

Ich hatte über zwei Jahre lang darüber nachgedacht, mir eine Magenmanschette zuzulegen, bevor ich den Schritt tatsächlich wagte. Ich habe die Hälfte meines Lebens mit meinem Gewicht zu kämpfen gehabt und ich habe drei kleine Kinder, die ich aufwachsen sehen möchte. Ich war einem Mädchen in den sozialen Medien gefolgt, das über BHT gebucht hatte. Sie gab mir die Kontaktinformationen einer Dame namens Iram. Sie hat mich sehr sorgfältig für die Operation angemeldet und war immer da, wenn ich Fragen zum Eingriff hatte. Der Tag nahte schnell und ich wurde am Flughafen von einem privaten Taxi abgeholt und Iram im Krankenhaus, obwohl es schon spät in der Nacht war! Ich wurde sofort eingeliefert und mir wurde Blut abgenommen. Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich zu allen präoperativen Tests mitgenommen und mir wurde dabei alles erklärt. Am Nachmittag wurde ich dann zur Operation angemeldet, die sehr gut verlief. Ich verbrachte noch zwei Nächte im Krankenhaus und eine Nacht in einem Hotel, bevor ich zurück nach Großbritannien reiste. Alle Krankenschwestern waren sehr nett, sie gaben ihr Bestes, um zu kommunizieren und nutzten sogar Google Translate als Hilfe. Das Krankenhaus war schön und sauber, die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt und die Mülleimer wurden zwei bis drei Mal am Tag geleert. War eine so angenehme Erfahrung und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Ich würde BHT jedem empfehlen, der sich im Ausland operieren lassen möchte.

Was für eine tolle Erfahrung, gut betreut. Die Nachsorge war großartig. Ich bin so dankbar für alles, was Sie für mich getan haben. 4 Stunden nach der Operation konnte ich laufen, und 12 Tage nach der Operation geht es mir immer noch gut. Ich kann diesen Chirurgen und Iram wärmstens empfehlen.

Quelle expérience fantastique. À notre arrivée à Antalya, nous avons été accueillis par un chauffeur de transfert privé qui nous a conduits confortablement à l'hôpital (un véritable hôpital, pas une petite clinique). Là, j'ai rencontré Irem qui m'a accueilli chaleureusement, moi et mon mari, et parlait un anglais excellent. Elle a répondu à toutes les questions et a pu me calmer complètement. Irem était incroyablement compétente – avec sa propre expérience en soins infirmiers – nous savions donc que j'étais entre de bonnes mains. Deux heures après mon arrivée à l'hôpital (très propre), j'avais subi une multitude de tests de santé physique utilisant des équipements de haute technologie - ces tests auraient eu lieu pendant des mois au Royaume-Uni, donc j'ai été impressionné ! Les installations étaient propres, bien rangées et le personnel extrêmement sympathique. Nos chambres privées avec salle de bains privative étaient nettoyées régulièrement, avec des serviettes et des couvertures fraîches tous les jours, voire plus souvent. Mon mari qui voyageait avec moi s'est vu offrir 3 repas par jour à l'hôpital. J'ai rencontré le chirurgien - qui pratique uniquement la chirurgie bariatrique - qui s'est montré très sympathique et encouragé à poser des questions. Il m'a expliqué, avec l'aide d'Irem, ce qui allait se passer et combien de temps je serais en chirurgie, etc. Le jour où j'ai été emmené au bloc opératoire, tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. J'ai été suivie très régulièrement par les plus charmantes infirmières pour s'assurer que mon état postopératoire était bon. Rien n'était trop leur demander, ils sont très efficaces et toutes les procédures ont été effectuées absolument comme vous le verriez au Royaume-Uni (juste plus rapidement). J'ai eu une conversation en tête-à-tête avec un diététicien qui m'a expliqué mon parcours d'émaciation après l'opération. Je suis très détaillé. On m'a donné un sac géant contenant des vitamines, des poudres de protéines, de la documentation concernant mon opération chirurgicale - à quoi m'attendre, etc., ainsi qu'une copie complète de mes notes médicales. J'ai été emmené par transfert privé à l'hôtel, qui était charmant et situé dans un endroit fabuleux. Mon mari et moi étions très à l'aise. Je recommanderais cette entreprise de tout cœur. Je pense qu'il y a toujours l'inquiétude de « partir à l'étranger » pour une opération chirurgicale, mais j'ai été très impressionné par l'efficacité, la propreté, la gentillesse et les connaissances de l'équipe tout au long du processus. Je crois que vous obtenez plus que ce que vous payez et je suis très heureux de commencer mon nouveau parcours de perte de poids après l'opération. Je suis maintenant à la maison sans douleur résiduelle, je m'habitue juste à mon nouveau régime alimentaire et à mon petit ventre. Merci a tous! Je vous remercie vraiment x Traité par : Mme İrem GÜLER

I'm a few days back after having 12 12-month gastric balloon. I went by myself and that was fine as everything was planned very well, pick ups turned up on time each time and Irem took great care of me in the first-class hospital. My first couple of days I felt rough but then quickly got back to feeling like myself by following the eating plan and using the medication provided. I would certainly return and recommend it, now I'm looking forward to the new me.

J'envisageais de me faire poser un manchon gastrique depuis plus de deux ans avant de franchir le pas. J'ai lutté contre mon poids pendant la moitié de ma vie et j'ai trois jeunes enfants que je veux voir grandir. J'avais suivi une fille sur les réseaux sociaux qui avait réservé via BHT. Elle m'a donné les coordonnées d'une dame nommée Iram. Elle a été très minutieuse lors de ma réservation pour une opération chirurgicale et était toujours là lorsque j'avais des questions sur la procédure. Le jour approchait à grands pas et j'ai été accueilli à l'aéroport par un taxi privé, et Iram à l'hôpital même s'il était tard dans la nuit ! J'ai été admis immédiatement et des analyses de sang ont été effectuées. Le lendemain matin, j'ai passé tous mes tests préopératoires et tout m'a été expliqué tout au long du parcours. J'ai ensuite été convoqué pour une opération chirurgicale cet après-midi, qui s'est très bien passé. J'ai passé 2 nuits supplémentaires à l'hôpital et une nuit dans un hôtel avant de retourner au Royaume-Uni. Toutes les infirmières étaient adorables, elles faisaient de leur mieux pour communiquer et utilisaient même Google Translate pour aider. L'hôpital était charmant et propre, les draps étaient changés quotidiennement et les poubelles vidées 2 à 3 fois par jour. C'était une expérience tellement agréable et tout s'est passé fabuleux. Je recommanderais BHT à toute personne souhaitant se faire opérer à l’étranger.

Gastric Sleeve. Bridge Health Travel have the most amazing lady Irem who in my opinion is the heart and soul of Bridge Health Travel. Her customer service is beyond the expected levels. Every question from the first port of contact to continuing support post op is dealt with effectively and quickly. The surgeon was knowledgeable and checked in several times pre and post op. Hospital staff were friendly and helpful. As a whole I can’t fault my experience. I’m only just over a week post op so far no regrets and glad I used Bridge Health Travel as part of my journey.

Je suis actuellement à 2 semaines d'une opération après une manche gastrique et j'ai eu la meilleure expérience avec les voyages de santé en pont - j'ai été aidée tout au long par Irem et je lui dois vraiment beaucoup pour m'avoir aidé à changer ma vie ! Dès le début, elle a été très serviable, solidaire et attentionnée ! C'est l'une des principales raisons pour lesquelles j'ai choisi cette entreprise, car je l'avais harcelée pendant des mois et des mois avant de décider d'aller de l'avant et je suis content de l'avoir fait. Mon expérience pendant mon opération jusqu’à mon retour à la maison a également été très bonne. L'équipe et le chirurgien étaient très compétents et attentionnés, me surveillant tout au long de la journée et Irem est toujours là pour toute question ou si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Les chambres étaient très propres et modernes pendant mon séjour et c'était également très confortable. Si vous amenez un compagnon, ils ont également installé un lit à côté du lit d'hôpital et 3 repas par jour pour leur quotidien, ce qui était un très beau geste. Tellement bon pour le rapport qualité/prix ! Et l'équipe est vraiment la meilleure. Vous constatez déjà une perte de poids constante après 13 jours et Irem vous donne toutes les informations supplémentaires et les médicaments avec lesquels rentrer à la maison afin que vous soyez prêt à votre retour à la maison !

Got the gastric balloon fitted October. I was more nervous about the process (going on my own) than the procedure. But I shouldn't have been it went very smoothly and everyone was very supportive. Would reccomend 100%

De la réservation à l'arrivée jusqu'au départ, l'expérience que j'ai vécue était 5 étoiles. Je n'aurais pas pu demander plus. Le prix était bon, les soins prodigués étaient exceptionnels. Près de 3 mois après l'opération et cela a changé ma vie. La chirurgie de la manche me convenait et je continue à perdre du poids lentement pour atteindre mon objectif à long terme.

What a fantastic experience. Upon landing in Antalya we were met by a private transfer driver who drove us in comfort to the hospital (real hospital, not a small clinic). There I met Irem who welcomed myself and husband warmly and spoke excellent English. She answered all questions and was able to calm my nerves entirely. Irem was incredibly knowledgable - with her own nursing experience - so we knew I was in good hands. In 2 hours of arriving at the (very clean) hospital, I had received a multitude of physical health tests using high-tech equipment - these tests would have taken place over months in the UK so I was impressed! The facilities were clean, tidy and the staff extremely friendly. Our private en-suite rooms were cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and blankets every day, if not more often. My husband who travelled with me was offered 3 meals per day from the hospital. I met the surgeon - who performs bariatric surgery solely - who was very friendly and encouraged questions. He explained, with the help of Irem, what was going to happen and how long I would be in surgery etc. On the day I was taken to surgery, everything went perfectly well. I was monitored by the loveliest nurses very regularly to ensure my post-op condition was good. Nothing was too much trouble, they are so efficient and all procedures were done absolutely as you would see in the UK (just quicker). I had a 1-2-1 conversation with a dietician who explained my wasting journey post-surgery I’m great detail. I was given a giant bag of vitamins, protein powders, literature regarding my surgery - what to expect etc and a comprehensive copy of my medical notes. I was taken by private transfer to the hotel, which was lovely in a fabulous location. Myself and husband were very comfortable throughout. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. I think there is always the worry about “going abroad” for surgery, but I was so impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness, friendliness and knowledge of the team throughout. I believe you get more than what you pay for and I am very excited to start my new weight loss journey post-surgery. Ich kann diese Firma nur wärmstens empfehlen, ich hatte wie jeder andere Patient Angst und wusste nicht, was mich erwarten würde, aber sobald ich aus dem Flugzeug stieg, wurde ich sofort von einem VIP-Taxi begrüßt, das uns zum Krankenhaus brachte, wo ich mich traf die tolle Iram, sie hat mir alles erklärt und mir alles erklärt, was ich wissen musste. Das Krankenhaus selbst war so sauber, dass etwa viermal am Tag Reinigungskräfte in unser Zimmer kamen. Sie waren auch großartig im Umgang mit unserer Begleiterin und versorgten sie dreimal am Tag mit Mahlzeiten. Ich hatte nach der Operation ein paar Komplikationen, bei denen ich drei Bluttransfusionen brauchte, aber ich wieder einmal, die Chirurgin und ihr Team gaben mir das Gefühl, sehr beruhigt zu sein und mir keine Sorgen zu machen. Am vierten Tag fuhren wir per VIP-Transfer zu einem Hotel und das Hotel war fantastisch. Seitdem ich nach Hause komme, schreibt mir Irem eine Nachricht oder kann mich jederzeit anrufen, wenn ich eine Frage stellen muss. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich dieses Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem aber kann ich es nur wärmstens empfehlen, weil es mein Leben verändert hat

Köprü sağlık seyahatinde hiçbir hata olamaz! İrem'in bana önerilmesinin ardından 10/1/2023 tarihinde tüp mide ameliyatı yaptırdım ve bunu yaptığıma çok sevindim! Endişeliydim, heyecanlıydım, gergindim, aklınıza gelebilecek her duygudan korktum ama tüm bu süre boyunca gerçekten rahattım ve ameliyattan sonra ilgi inanılmazdı, ihtiyacım olan her şey verildi! Ve şimdi evdeyim, bakım durmadı, bir sorum olursa her zaman mesaj gönderebilirim!

Can not fault bridge health travel at all! Had my gastric sleeve on 10/1/2023 after irem being recommended to me and I'm so glad I did! I was anxious excited, nervous scared every emotion you can think of but was really kept at ease the whole time and after surgery the care was incredible, anything I needed was given! And now I'm home the aftercare hasn't stopped I can message any time if I have a query!

Gastric Sleeve, my partner had the procedure, organised by the lovely Irem at Bridge Health Travel. We chose this clinic after a work colleague told me about her experience from procedure & high standard of care she got from making contact with Irem to travelling & transfer to hospital for the operation & ongoing aftercare. My colleague passed on my number to the host- Irem who made contact via WhatsApp- there was no hard-sell or endless messages- we were able to get back to Irem in our own time with no pressure which was great. Irem was keen to answer any questions we had over the procedure & would quickly reply, which helped us to make an informed choice in our own time. After considering the options of procedure in UK vs abroad, we decided to choose Bridge Health Travel. From when we made decision, Irem’s approach is professional & well organised-assisting with travel plans (best flight times for procedure) around our scheduled leave and recovery. Still many more questions to Irem who is fantastic & nothing a silly question. Our flights from the UK were delayed by over 4hrs & we kept Irem informed of our flight number & updated, and when we landed messaged her & our transfer was ready waiting for us by time we got through border-control. Polite, professional driver in luxurious van collected us & brought us straight to private clinic where Irem met us at foyer. Irem oversaw paperwork needed to check-in and straight to en-suite room, met nurses & bloods done. The clinic was clean, nurses were attentive- even with language barrier it was professional & well-organised. Irem was perfect host with excellent English skills between us & clinical team. Next morning, my partner met their surgeon- had full medical report completed with 3 different specialist consultants and was consulted by internal medical consultant (all with Irem supporting translation) before green light for surgery that afternoon. We met surgeon again prior to surgery, for any questions. I had many more questions for Irem while partner was in surgery & I was really anxious, she is so caring and has actually gone through this procedure herself that I was reassured by her. Post-surgery recovery was patient-focused with getting comfortable & pain relief, nurses were precise & knew exactly what they needed to get done. Alongside this Irem was there to support & reassure me when I was upset(I’d never experienced my partner in hospital before). Even after Irem left to go home (I kept her quite late) she messaged me & said to stay in touch if I needed to speak to her again. The standard of care we received from the clinical team was fantastic over the 5days/4nights, absolutely outstanding. The private UK option would have had my partner in only for one day then home. After the whole experience; the professionalism, teamwork & dedication of the clinical team my partner would not have got this level of care in UK which I feel was necessary for procedure & post-op recovery. House-keeping staff visited room 3x per day, cleaned room & en-suite & made-up/put away companion bed am & pm. Companion meals were provided but if you don’t like it then Irem can organise take-out. Dietician visited Irem for post-surgery nutrition instructions & supplies including powders & vitamins. Again lots of questions for dietician over food-groups & shift-patterns. Aftercare was available online for a further 12 months included in booking. To be fair I hadn’t expected the level & standard of care after reading & hearing stories of surgery abroad; how wrong we were - I’m so glad we chose to use Bridge Health Clinic. I would highly recommend Bridge Health clinic to family, friends & other people considering surgery abroad, contact Irem who genuinely cares about the people & family members in her care, she is an excellent host. Bu ameliyatı Üst Cerrahi (plastikle çift mastektomi) yaptırmak için kullandım. Bu klinik baştan sona harikaydı, onlara en ufak bir hata yapamam. Daha uçmadan önce tam desteğim vardı. Daha sonra orada bulunduğum her gün baştan sona elden ayaktan beklendi. Hastane çok misafirperverdi ve daha fazlasını isteyemezdi. Bana sağladıkları otel, kendimi toparlamak için mükemmeldi.

I had a gastric sleeve 4 weeks ago today, the level of care I received was above and beyond from the moment I arrived until I was back at home. I was a solo traveller, but never ever felt alone there. Irem and Sasha went out of their way to make me feel at ease and my surgeon Dr Erdem came to visit me every day before and after surgery. If I decide to go back in the future for any plastics I won't hesitate to go back there . I am already over 2 stone lighter since starting my journey.

From start to finish. I have nothing but positive words. Irem has been fantastic. From meeting us at the hospital to waving us goodbye at the hotel. She has made a stressful process so easy. Dr Belen was fantastic - a professional, respectful and personable human being. I researched long and hard regarding this operation, and from all the companies that offered this. Gerçekten dalmaya başlamadan önce iki yılı aşkın bir süredir tüp mide ameliyatı olmayı düşünüyordum. Hayatımın yarısı boyunca kilolarımla mücadele ettim ve büyüdüğünü görmek istediğim üç küçük çocuğum var. BHT aracılığıyla rezervasyon yaptıran bir kızı sosyal medyada takip etmiştim. Bana Iram adında bir bayanın iletişim bilgilerini verdi. Beni ameliyata alırken çok titiz davrandı ve prosedürle ilgili sorularım olduğunda her zaman oradaydı. Gün hızla yaklaştı ve ben havaalanında özel bir taksiyle karşılandım, Iram ise gece geç olmasına rağmen hastanedeydi! Hemen hastaneye kabul edildim ve kanlar alındı. Ertesi sabah tüm ameliyat öncesi testlerime götürüldüm ve yol boyunca her şey anlatıldı. Daha sonra o öğleden sonra ameliyata alındım ve çok iyi geçti. Birleşik Krallık'a dönmeden önce 2 gece daha hastanede ve bir gece de otelde geçirdim. Hemşirelerin hepsi çok tatlıydı, iletişim kurmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve hatta yardım etmek için Google çeviriyi bile kullandılar. Hastane güzel ve temizdi, çarşaflar her gün değiştiriliyordu ve çöp kutuları günde 2/3 kez boşaltılıyordu. Çok hoş bir deneyimdi ve her şey muhteşem gitti. Yurt dışında ameliyat olmak isteyen herkese BHT'yi tavsiye ederim.

I’ve just returned in the last week from having gastric sleeve surgery. I originally planned to have a mini bypass but the surgeon was amazing and after looking at blood tests etc decided I didn’t need that and the sleeve would be fine. Irem has been fantastic and been very helpful in explaining everything, arranging the surgery and also my hotel for afterwards before going home. I ended up having the sleeve surgery and my gallbladder out as I had stones which were luckily picked up by scans at the hospital. Irem, the surgeon and all the nurses were so helpful and kind and truly looked after me as I were on my own. Thank you
