Gastric Sleeve, my partner had the procedure, organised by the lovely Irem at Bridge Health Travel. We chose this clinic after a work colleague told me about her experience from procedure & high standard of care she got from making contact with Irem to travelling & transfer to hospital for the operation & ongoing aftercare. My colleague passed on my number to the host- Irem who made contact via WhatsApp- there was no hard-sell or endless messages- we were able to get back to Irem in our own time with no pressure which was great. Irem was keen to answer any questions we had over the procedure & would quickly reply, which helped us to make an informed choice in our own time. After considering the options of procedure in UK vs abroad, we decided to choose Bridge Health Travel. From when we made decision, Irem’s approach is professional & well organised-assisting with travel plans (best flight times for procedure) around our scheduled leave and recovery. Still many more questions to Irem who is fantastic & nothing a silly question. Our flights from the UK were delayed by over 4hrs & we kept Irem informed of our flight number & updated, and when we landed messaged her & our transfer was ready waiting for us by time we got through border-control. Polite, professional driver in luxurious van collected us & brought us straight to private clinic where Irem met us at foyer. Irem oversaw paperwork needed to check-in and straight to en-suite room, met nurses & bloods done. The clinic was clean, nurses were attentive- even with language barrier it was professional & well-organised. Irem was perfect host with excellent English skills between us & clinical team. Next morning, my partner met their surgeon- had full medical report completed with 3 different specialist consultants and was consulted by internal medical consultant (all with Irem supporting translation) before green light for surgery that afternoon. We met surgeon again prior to surgery, for any questions. I had many more questions for Irem while partner was in surgery & I was really anxious, she is so caring and has actually gone through this procedure herself that I was reassured by her. Post-surgery recovery was patient-focused with getting comfortable & pain relief, nurses were precise & knew exactly what they needed to get done. Alongside this Irem was there to support & reassure me when I was upset(I’d never experienced my partner in hospital before). Even after Irem left to go home (I kept her quite late) she messaged me & said to stay in touch if I needed to speak to her again. The standard of care we received from the clinical team was fantastic over the 5days/4nights, absolutely outstanding. The private UK option would have had my partner in only for one day then home. After the whole experience; the professionalism, teamwork & dedication of the clinical team my partner would not have got this level of care in UK which I feel was necessary for procedure & post-op recovery. House-keeping staff visited room 3x per day, cleaned room & en-suite & made-up/put away companion bed am & pm. Companion meals were provided but if you don’t like it then Irem can organise take-out. Dietician visited Irem for post-surgery nutrition instructions & supplies including powders & vitamins. Again lots of questions for dietician over food-groups & shift-patterns. Aftercare was available online for a further 12 months included in booking. To be fair I hadn’t expected the level & standard of care after reading & hearing stories of surgery abroad; how wrong we were - I’m so glad we chose to use Bridge Health Clinic. I would highly recommend Bridge Health clinic to family, friends & other people considering surgery abroad, contact Irem who genuinely cares about the people & family members in her care, she is an excellent host. Ne harika bir deneyim. Antalya'ya indiğimizde bizi rahat bir şekilde hastaneye (gerçek hastane, küçük bir klinik değil) götüren özel bir transfer şoförü tarafından karşılandık. Orada kendimi ve kocamı sıcak bir şekilde karşılayan ve mükemmel İngilizce konuşan İrem ile tanıştım. Tüm soruları cevapladı ve sinirlerimi tamamen sakinleştirmeyi başardı. İrem, kendi hemşirelik tecrübesiyle inanılmaz derecede bilgili biriydi, bu yüzden emin ellerde olduğumu biliyorduk. (Çok temiz) hastaneye geldikten 2 saat sonra, yüksek teknolojili ekipmanlar kullanılarak çok sayıda fiziksel sağlık testi yaptırdım - bu testler Birleşik Krallık'ta aylar boyunca yapılmış olacaktı, bu yüzden etkilendim! Tesisler temiz, düzenli ve personel son derece cana yakındı. Özel banyolu odalarımız, daha sık olmasa da her gün temiz havlu ve battaniyelerle düzenli olarak temizlendi. Benimle seyahat eden eşime hastaneden günde 3 öğün yemek ikram edildi. Sadece bariatrik cerrahi uygulayan cerrahla tanıştım, çok arkadaş canlısıydı ve soruları teşvik ediyordu. İrem'in yardımıyla neler olacağını, ne kadar süre ameliyatta kalacağımı vs. anlattı. Ameliyata alındığım gün her şey yolunda gitti. Ameliyat sonrası durumumun iyi olduğundan emin olmak için en sevimli hemşireler tarafından düzenli olarak takip edildim. Hiçbir şey çok fazla sorun yaratmadı, çok etkililer ve tüm prosedürler Birleşik Krallık'ta göreceğiniz gibi (sadece daha hızlı) tam olarak yapıldı. Ameliyat sonrası israf yolculuğumu çok detaylı bir şekilde anlatan bir diyetisyenle 1-2-1 sohbet ettim. Bana dev bir paket vitamin, protein tozu, ameliyatımla ilgili literatür - ne beklemeliyim vs. ve tıbbi notlarımın kapsamlı bir kopyası verildi. Muhteşem bir konuma sahip olan otele özel transferle götürüldüm. Ben ve kocam boyunca çok rahattık. Bu şirketi tüm kalbimle tavsiye ederim. Ameliyat için “yurtdışına gitme” endişesi her zaman var diye düşünüyorum ama ekibin verimliliği, temizliği, güleryüzlülüğü ve bilgisinden çok etkilendim. Ödediğinizden daha fazlasını alacağınıza inanıyorum ve ameliyat sonrası yeni kilo verme yolculuğuma başlayacağım için çok heyecanlıyım. Artık hiçbir ağrım olmadan evdeyim, yeni beslenme şeklime ve minik karnıma alışmaya çalışıyorum. Hepinize teşekkürler! Gerçekten teşekkür ederim x Tedavi eden: İrem GÜLER Hanım

Ich war kürzlich bei der Lovely Irem und ihrem Team für meine Magenmanschette in Antalya. Ich konnte ihnen wirklich nichts vorwerfen. Von der Ankunft am Flughafen bis zum Transfer zum Hotel und der Betreuung durch die netten Krankenschwestern verlief alles reibungslos. Ich hatte keine Probleme. Irem hat mir alles erklärt und mich beruhigt. Würde es niemandem empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank, Irem, für alles, was Sie für mich getan haben.

Wow, was soll ich sagen? Dank Bridge Health Travel (Irem) hatte ich die beste Erfahrung. Alles wurde besprochen, bevor ich überhaupt in ein Flugzeug stieg. Sobald Sie im Medstar-Krankenhaus ankommen, wird Irem Sie mit einem Lächeln erwarten!! Sie werden sofort aufgenommen und die Tests beginnen (sie verschwenden keine Zeit). Nach meiner Operation wurde ich immer von den Krankenschwestern/meinem Chirurgen und Irem untersucht. Für eine Operation ins Ausland zu gehen, hat mich zu Tode erschreckt, aber jetzt, wo ich es erlebt habe, würde ich es 100 % empfehlen und wieder dorthin zurückkehren! Ich bin jetzt fast eine Woche nach der Operation zu Hause und habe 1 Stein abgenommen – ich fühle mich fantastisch!! Vielen Dank an alle von Bridge Health Travel, die mir geholfen haben, ein besserer und gesünderer Mensch zu werden

Irem ist eine wundervolle, freundliche Dame, die alles tut, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie glücklich und komfortabel sind. Ich bekam von Dr. Belen und Bridge Travel einen Magenballon und hatte auch zahnärztliche Behandlungen. Der ganze Prozess war großartig, ich wollte Antalya gar nicht verlassen, da wir so herzlich willkommen geheißen wurden. Wenn Sie sich bei einer Operation im Ausland nicht sicher sind, sind Sie bei Bridge Travel in hervorragenden Händen!

I used this surgery to have Top Surgery (double mastectomy with plastics) This clinic was amazing from start to finish, I can’t fault them in the slightest. I had full support before I even flew out. Then was waited on hand and foot from start to finish every day I was there. The hospital was so accommodating and couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel they provided for me was nothing but perfect to recover in.

Oraya gözünüz kapalı gidebilirsiniz. İrem, siz gelmeden önce bile TÜM sorularınızı yanıtlamaya hazır! Cerrah, hemşireler, personel çok akıllı. Bu tehlikeye atıldığım için çok mutluyum çünkü etrafım çok iyi çevrelenmişti ve Fransa'ya döndüğümden beri bile İrem hâlâ ulaşılabilir ve yardımseverdi.

Geçen hafta ameliyat için gittim. Söyleyebileceğim tek şey, eğer bunu yaptırmayı düşünüyorsanız, bunu daha önce yapmış olan insanlara ulaşın çünkü onlar size her zaman hikayelerini anlatmaya istekli olacaklardır. Bridge Health ile ilgili olarak daha iyi bir deneyim isteyemezdim. Yardımsever, destekleyici, profesyonel ama en önemlisi şefkatli. İhtiyacınız olan her türlü soru veya rehberlik teklif edildi ve eve geldiğimden beri her şeyin yolunda olduğundan emin olmak için iletişim halinde kaldılar.

Ouah!! Que puis-je dire, quelle équipe fantastique. Je n'ai rien à reprocher à l'entreprise. Ils se sont tous si bien occupés de moi et m'ont aidé à partir du moment où j'ai demandé jusqu'à 9 semaines après l'opération. C’était une décision importante et effrayante, mais je ne me suis jamais senti aussi détendu et à l’aise tout au long du processus. Ils sont vraiment incroyables. Ils ont changé ma vie pour toujours et je ne pourrai jamais assez les remercier. Je recommanderais encore et encore. Merci

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Avant même votre arrivée Irem est très disponible pour répondre à TOUTES vos questions ! Le chirurgien, les infirmières, le personnel sont très inquiets. Je suis plus qu'heureuse d'avoir franchi le pas car j'ai été très bien entourée et même depuis mon retour en France Irem est toujours disponible et serviable

Je ne saurais trop recommander Bridgehealth. Absolument génial du début à la fin. Irem est incroyable, des appels vidéo jusqu'à ce que vous vous sentiez si à l'aise même 3 mois après l'opération, pour me surveiller. J'avais tellement de nerfs mais Irem a rendu mon séjour si facile. Le suivi est également incroyable x

I couldn’t recommend this company enough, I was like any other patient scared and didn’t know what to expect but soon as I got off the plane I was welcomed straight away by a vip taxi that took us to the hospital where I met the amazing Iram, she talked me through everything and explained everything I needed to know. The hospital itself was so clean we had cleaners come in our room about 4 times a day, also they were amazing with our companion and give them meals 3 times a day. I had abit of complications after surgery where I needed 3 blood transfusions but yet again irem, the surgeon and her team made me feel so at ease and not worried. Day 4 we went to a hotel by vip transfers and the hotel was amazing. Since getting home irem messages me or could ring me anytime I need to ask a question. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend this company enough but most of all to irem for changing my life

I had been contemplating having a gastric sleeve for over two years before actually taking the plunge. I have struggled with my weight for half of my lifetime and I have three young children I want to see grow up. I had followed a girl on social media who had booked through BHT. She gave me the contact info for a lady named Iram. She was very thorough when booking me in for surgery and was always there when I had questions about the procedure. The day fast approached and I was met at the airport by a private taxi, and Iram at the hospital even with it being a late night! I was admitted straight away and bloods taken. The following morning I was taken for all my pre-op tests and everything was explained along the way. I was then booked in for surgery that afternoon, which went very well. I spent 2 more nights in the hospital and one night at a hotel before travelling back to the UK. All the nurses were lovely, they tried their hardest to communicate and even used google translate to help. The hospital was lovely & clean, bed sheets were changed daily, and bins emptied 2/3 times a day. Was such a pleasant experience and everything went fab. I would recommend BHT to anyone wanting surgery abroad.

I flew to Antalya on the 28th April to have a gastric balloon. It was a really smooth and professional experience. I was met by a chauffeur at the airport, was taken straight to the hospital (clean, functional) and after tests and briefings by the nurse Iram and the surgeon , was taken down for the Op a few hours later. Everything went smoothly and as soon as I was cleared by the nurses I was taken by taxi to the hotel with Iram (nurse/translator/God send). The hotel was beautiful, right on the seafront with amazing views and a spotless, very modern room. I stayed one night and flew home the next morning, again after a private taxi back to the airport was sorted by Iram. I’ve been given a clear eating plan and after some discomfort and sickness (all normal and expected) I’m feeling better than ever. In 10 days I’ve lost 10 pound, and I’m now slowly reintroducing solids and exercise. Highly recommend this company and the team, I really wish I’d done it years ago. Thank you all so much x

Bariatric Surgery Consultation At first I was very scared because it was my first surgery. Price was good, care was good. Lots of research before surgery. Very clean hospital (I think the only thing that could be improved are beds for the accompanying person). Very helpful coordinator, always advises and helps when there are doubts. She never hesitated to answer and was always loved. I rate it 5 stars.

J'ai pris l'avion pour Antalya le 28 avril pour poser un ballon gastrique. Ce fut une expérience vraiment fluide et professionnelle. J'ai été accueilli par un chauffeur à l'aéroport, j'ai été emmené directement à l'hôpital (propre, fonctionnel) et après des tests et des briefings par l'infirmière Iram et le chirurgien, j'ai été descendu pour l'opération quelques heures plus tard. Tout s'est bien passé et dès que j'ai été autorisé par les infirmières, j'ai été emmené en taxi jusqu'à l'hôtel avec Iram (infirmière/traducteur/que Dieu envoie). L'hôtel était magnifique, juste sur le front de mer avec une vue imprenable et une chambre impeccable et très moderne. Je suis resté une nuit et je suis rentré chez moi le lendemain matin, encore une fois après qu'un taxi privé pour rentrer à l'aéroport ait été réglé par Iram. On m'a donné un plan alimentaire clair et après quelques malaises et maladies (toutes normales et attendues), je me sens mieux que jamais. En 10 jours, j'ai perdu 10 livres et je réintroduit maintenant lentement les aliments solides et l'exercice. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise et son équipe, j'aurais vraiment aimé le faire il y a des années. Merci beaucoup à tous x

I have recently been for my gastric sleeve over in Antalya with the Lovely Irem and her team. I really couldn't fault them one bit. everything was so smooth from arriving at the airport to the transfers to the hotel to be looked after by the lovely nurses. I had no problems Irem explained everything to me and put me at ease. Wouldn't recommend anybody else. Thank you so much again Irem for all that you did for me.

Bu şirketi yeterince tavsiye edemezdim, diğer hastalar gibi korkmuştum ve ne bekleyeceğimi bilmiyordum ama uçaktan iner inmez bizi tanıştığım hastaneye götüren bir vip taksi tarafından karşılandım. muhteşem Iram, bana her şeyi anlattı ve bilmem gereken her şeyi açıkladı. Hastane o kadar temizdi ki temizlikçiler günde yaklaşık 4 kez odamıza geliyordu, ayrıca refakatçimizle harika ilgilendiler ve onlara günde 3 kez yemek verdiler. 3 kan nakline ihtiyaç duyduğum ameliyattan sonra biraz komplikasyon yaşadım ama yine de irem, cerrah ve ekibi beni çok rahatlattı ve endişelenmedi. 4. gün vip transferlerle bir otele gittik ve otel muhteşemdi. Eve geldiğimden beri irem bana mesaj atıyor veya soru sormam gerektiğinde beni arayabiliyor. Dürüst olmak gerekirse, bu şirketi yeterince öneremedim ama en önemlisi hayatımı değiştirdiğim için İrem'e teşekkür ederim.

Highly recommend!!!! Went for a gastric sleeve, the staff are absolutely lovely, kind and caring. From the minute I arrived everything was amazing, wasn't waiting around everything moved along really fast the care from the staff is incredible. I'm so glad I went through with it.
