I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

Was für ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Bei der Landung in Antalya wurden wir von einem privaten Transferfahrer abgeholt, der uns bequem zum Krankenhaus fuhr (echtes Krankenhaus, keine kleine Klinik). Dort traf ich Irem, der mich und meinen Mann herzlich begrüßte und ausgezeichnetes Englisch sprach. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen und konnte meine Nerven völlig beruhigen. Irem war unglaublich kompetent ??mit ihrer eigenen Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege wir wussten also, dass ich in guten Händen war. Innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach meiner Ankunft im (sehr sauberen) Krankenhaus wurde ich mit High-Tech-Geräten einer Vielzahl körperlicher Gesundheitstests unterzogen diese Tests hätten in Großbritannien über Monate hinweg stattgefunden, also war ich beeindruckt! Die Einrichtungen waren sauber, ordentlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Unsere privaten Zimmer mit Bad wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und jeden Tag, wenn nicht sogar öfter, mit frischen Handtüchern und Decken versorgt. Meinem Mann, der mit mir reiste, wurden vom Krankenhaus drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten. Ich traf den Chirurgen, der ausschließlich bariatrische Operationen durchführt, der sehr freundlich war und Fragen stellte. Er erklärte mir mit Hilfe von Irem, was passieren würde und wie lange ich operiert werden würde usw. An dem Tag, an dem ich zur Operation gebracht wurde, lief alles perfekt. Ich wurde sehr regelmäßig von den liebenswürdigen Krankenschwestern überwacht, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Zustand nach der Operation gut war. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, sie sind so effizient und alle Verfahren wurden genau so durchgeführt, wie man es in Großbritannien sieht (nur schneller). Ich hatte ein persönliches Gespräch mit einer Ernährungsberaterin, die mir sehr detailliert meine Diät zum Abnehmen nach der Operation erklärte. Ich erhielt eine riesige Tüte Vitamine, Proteinpulver, Literatur zu meiner Operation was mich erwartet usw. und eine umfassende Kopie meiner medizinischen Unterlagen. Ich wurde mit einem privaten Transfer zum Hotel gebracht, das wunderschön war und eine fabelhafte Lage hatte. Ich und mein Mann haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich denke, es besteht immer die Sorge, für eine Operation ins Ausland zu gehen, aber ich war durchweg von der Effizienz, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und dem Wissen des Teams sehr beeindruckt. Ich glaube, dass Sie mehr bekommen, als Sie bezahlen, und ich freue mich sehr, nach der Operation meine neue Reise zur Gewichtsreduktion zu beginnen. J'envisageais de me faire poser un manchon gastrique depuis plus de deux ans avant de franchir le pas. J'ai lutté contre mon poids pendant la moitié de ma vie et j'ai trois jeunes enfants que je veux voir grandir. J'avais suivi une fille sur les réseaux sociaux qui avait réservé via BHT. Elle m'a donné les coordonnées d'une dame nommée Iram. Elle a été très minutieuse lors de ma réservation pour une opération chirurgicale et était toujours là lorsque j'avais des questions sur la procédure. Le jour approchait à grands pas et j'ai été accueilli à l'aéroport par un taxi privé, et Iram à l'hôpital même s'il était tard dans la nuit ! J'ai été admis immédiatement et des analyses de sang ont été effectuées. Le lendemain matin, j'ai passé tous mes tests préopératoires et tout m'a été expliqué tout au long du parcours. J'ai ensuite été convoqué pour une opération chirurgicale cet après-midi, qui s'est très bien passé. J'ai passé 2 nuits supplémentaires à l'hôpital et une nuit dans un hôtel avant de retourner au Royaume-Uni. Toutes les infirmières étaient adorables, elles faisaient de leur mieux pour communiquer et utilisaient même Google Translate pour aider. L'hôpital était charmant et propre, les draps étaient changés quotidiennement et les poubelles vidées 2 à 3 fois par jour. C'était une expérience tellement agréable et tout s'est passé fabuleux. Je recommanderais BHT à toute personne souhaitant se faire opérer à létranger.

I'm a few days back after having 12 12-month gastric balloon. I went by myself and that was fine as everything was planned very well, pick ups turned up on time each time and Irem took great care of me in the first-class hospital. My first couple of days I felt rough but then quickly got back to feeling like myself by following the eating plan and using the medication provided. I would certainly return and recommend it, now I'm looking forward to the new me.

Am shocked at how efficient everything was and no time was wasted between the procedures and seeing the Dr. Everyone was extremely helpful and Irem was with us every step of the way and took tremendous care of us. She took care of everything for us. From the endoscopy, colonoscopy, ultrasound, blood tests, and pharmacy visit she was with us every step of the way and even recommended shops near our hotel to purchase food and the diet needed for these procedures. She is a gem. The hospital was immaculate.

I had the gastric sleeve after have the balloon for a year. Highly recommend. Very thorough with pre and post operation care. Hotel is very clean and professional. Surgeon is English speaking and so is the health care coordinator, they keep in touch with you and help every step of the way. 2 months in and Ive lost 3 stone

I went to Turkey in September 2023 for gastric sleeve surgery. We were picked up at the airport in a private transfer and taken to the hospital and greeted by the wonderful Irem. The staff were amazing, the nurses and staff at the hospital, the cleaners, the surgeon were all brilliant. Irem took care of me and was there every step of the way, any questions were answered and I felt so at ease. Everything was thoroughly explained at all points, tests were extremely thorough. I couldnt have asked for any better- from the VIP transfers to the hospital .. the actual surgery .. the care I received from everyone including the nurses. The surgeon checks up on the before and after surgery. Irem was with me the whole way if I needed her - she is a wee gem! The hotel was lovely
. If I could give my experience of this surgery 10 stars I would. Im back home 6 weeks tomorrow and feeling fine!! I didnt even have the gas pain afterwards! I could go on and on about my treatment but honestly, if youre in doubt - do it! Just wish I had sooner.

Я был взволнован, нервничал, боялся всех эмоций, о которых только можно подумать, но все время чувствовал себя спокойно, и после операции уход был невероятным, все, что мне было нужно, было предоставлено! И теперь я дома, уход не прекратился, я могу написать в любое время, если у меня возникнут вопросы!

Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui souhaitent réaliser des travaux. Je ne pouvais vraiment pas expliquer à quel point ils étaient exceptionnels, du tout début à la toute fin. Endroit super propre et convivial, qui vous traite comme un VIP. Chaque membre du personnel se soucie vraiment de vous et veille toujours à ce que vous allez bien. J'avais même des femmes de ménage qui venaient me voir tout le temps et s'assuraient que j'allais bien ou si j'avais besoin de quoi que ce soit. De plus, il y avait une dame extraordinaire appelée Irem qui m'a aidé à travers tout, et elle est également restée en contact avec mon mari qui était de retour à la maison, pour lui dire que tout allait bien pour moi et l'a assuré tout au long de ma convalescence. Mais honnêtement, expliquer mon expérience nest rien comparé à lexpérience réelle. Je ne saurais trop les recommander
