I spoke to Irem nearly a year before my surgery. She was the first person I had spoken to when I was doing my research that didn't just want to talk money with me. She asked how I was!!! Everyone at the hospital is lovely, and kind and can not do enough. I would advise anyone to use this hospital. Nothing is too much bother. I am 4 months in and 5 stone down. I have dropped from a size 22/24 to a size 12/14 and got my life back. I could not be more happy with the choice I made.

Das Krankenhaus selbst war so sauber, dass etwa viermal am Tag Reinigungskräfte in unser Zimmer kamen. Sie waren auch großartig im Umgang mit unserer Begleiterin und versorgten sie dreimal am Tag mit Mahlzeiten. Ich hatte nach der Operation ein paar Komplikationen, bei denen ich drei Bluttransfusionen brauchte, aber ich wieder einmal, die Chirurgin und ihr Team gaben mir das Gefühl, sehr beruhigt zu sein und mir keine Sorgen zu machen. Am vierten Tag fuhren wir per VIP-Transfer zu einem Hotel und das Hotel war fantastisch. Seitdem ich nach Hause komme, schreibt mir Irem eine Nachricht oder kann mich jederzeit anrufen, wenn ich eine Frage stellen muss. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich dieses Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem aber kann ich es nur wärmstens empfehlen, weil es mein Leben verändert hat

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

Endroit super propre et convivial, qui vous traite comme un VIP. Chaque membre du personnel se soucie vraiment de vous et veille toujours à ce que vous allez bien. J'avais même des femmes de ménage qui venaient me voir tout le temps et s'assuraient que j'allais bien ou si j'avais besoin de quoi que ce soit. De plus, il y avait une dame extraordinaire appelée Irem qui m'a aidé à travers tout, et elle est également restée en contact avec mon mari qui était de retour à la maison, pour lui dire que tout allait bien pour moi et l'a assuré tout au long de ma convalescence. The staff was amazing; nurses, cleaners and even surgeons; We should not forget the wonderful coordinators. Irem took care of me from the first minute to the last minute. I did my own research and went to BHT and I am very pleased. They are definitely 10/10.

Gastric sleeve surgery on the 25th November 2022. Im a 33 year old mother who had 2 travel alone because of child care. Irem was amazing. From start 2 finish as soon as I landed in Turkey I was well looked after. The hospital was spotless and the nurses were amazing. I was never left no longer then 30 minutes on my own. I was always being checked on and made sure I was comfortable. I flew over on Friday and I left on Tuesday. When I first woke up I was very much shocked but I had 2 nurses who didnt leave my side until I had come round and was well alert. I have had no problems at all with my surgery it took a little while for my head 2 catch up with my belly and Irem as answered any messages Ive sent very quickly. My scars are so neat and hardly noticeable now Ive gone from 16 stone 2 11 stone 9 and Im comfortable enough to start to maintain my weight at the moment I dont need any plastic surgery as Im loving my new body. But Im 50/50 about having my boobs done and if I do I will 100% be using this team again. Im even friends with my surgeon on instagram and he always replied 2 my stories or asked me how Im doing !! Honestly Turkey is a big place and many places offer this kind of surgery but Im so glad I went with this company.

Orada kendimi ve kocamı sıcak bir şekilde karşılayan ve mükemmel İngilizce konuşan İrem ile tanıştım. Tüm soruları cevapladı ve sinirlerimi tamamen sakinleştirmeyi başardı. İrem, kendi hemşirelik tecrübesiyle inanılmaz derecede bilgili biriydi, bu yüzden emin ellerde olduğumu biliyorduk. (Çok temiz) hastaneye geldikten 2 saat sonra, yüksek teknolojili ekipmanlar kullanılarak çok sayıda fiziksel sağlık testi yaptırdım - bu testler Birleşik Krallık'ta aylar boyunca yapılmış olacaktı, bu yüzden etkilendim! Tesisler temiz, düzenli ve personel son derece cana yakındı. Özel banyolu odalarımız, daha sık olmasa da her gün temiz havlu ve battaniyelerle düzenli olarak temizlendi. Benimle seyahat eden eşime hastaneden günde 3 öğün yemek ikram edildi. Sadece bariatrik cerrahi uygulayan cerrahla tanıştım, çok arkadaş canlısıydı ve soruları teşvik ediyordu. İrem'in yardımıyla neler olacağını, ne kadar süre ameliyatta kalacağımı vs. anlattı. Ameliyata alındığım gün her şey yolunda gitti. Ameliyat sonrası durumumun iyi olduğundan emin olmak için en sevimli hemşireler tarafından düzenli olarak takip edildim. Hiçbir şey çok fazla sorun yaratmadı, çok etkililer ve tüm prosedürler Birleşik Krallık'ta göreceğiniz gibi (sadece daha hızlı) tam olarak yapıldı. Ameliyat sonrası israf yolculuğumu çok detaylı bir şekilde anlatan bir diyetisyenle 1-2-1 sohbet ettim. Muhteşem bir konuma sahip olan otele özel transferle götürüldüm. Ben ve kocam boyunca çok rahattık. Bu şirketi tüm kalbimle tavsiye ederim. Ameliyat için yurtdışına gitme endişesi her zaman var diye düşünüyorum ama ekibin verimliliği, temizliği, güleryüzlülüğü ve bilgisinden çok etkilendim. I couldnt have asked for any better- from the VIP transfers to the hospital .. the actual surgery .. the care I received from everyone including the nurses. The surgeon checks up on the before and after surgery. Irem was with me the whole way if I needed her - she is a wee gem! The hotel was lovely
. If I could give my experience of this surgery 10 stars I would. Im back home 6 weeks tomorrow and feeling fine!! I didnt even have the gas pain afterwards! I could go on and on about my treatment but honestly, if youre in doubt - do it! Just wish I had sooner.

I’m currently 2 weeks post op from a gastric sleeve and had the best experience with bridge health travel - I was helped the whole way through by Irem and really owe her so much for helping change my life! From the very start she was so helpful, supportive and caring! It was a massive reason why I picked this company as I had been whatsapping her for months and months before deciding to go ahead and I’m glad I did.
My experience during my surgery all the way to going home was also very good. The team and surgeon were very skilled and caring, checking on me throughout the day and Irem is always there for any questions or if you need anything.
The rooms were so clean and modern during my stay and it was also very comfortable. If you bring a companion, they also set up a bed next to the hospital bed and 3 meals a day for their everyday which was a very nice gesture.
So good for value! And the team really are the best. Already seeing a steady weight loss 13 days out and Irem gives you all the extra information and medications to go home with so you’re prepared when you get home!

Devam etmeye karar vermeden önce aylarca ve aylardır onunla whatsapp'ta konuştuğum için bu şirketi seçmemin çok büyük bir nedeni vardı ve bunu yaptığım için mutluyum. Ameliyatım sırasında evime gidene kadarki deneyimim de çok iyiydi. Ekip ve cerrah çok yetenekli ve ilgiliydi, gün boyunca beni kontrol ediyorlardı ve İrem herhangi bir sorunuz olursa veya bir şeye ihtiyacınız olursa her zaman oradaydı. Kaldığım süre boyunca odalar çok temiz ve moderndi ve ayrıca çok rahattı. Refakatçi getirirseniz hastane yatağının yanına da bir yatak hazırlıyorlar ve her gün 3 öğün yemek yiyorlar ki bu çok hoş bir jestti. Değer açısından çok iyi! Ve takım gerçekten en iyisi. Zaten 13 gün sonra istikrarlı bir kilo kaybı görüyorsunuz ve İrem size eve giderken hazırlıklı olmanız için tüm ekstra bilgileri ve ilaçları veriyor!

Ich hatte schon vor meinem Abflug die volle Unterstützung. Dann wurde ich jeden Tag, an dem ich dort war, von Anfang bis Ende von Hand und Fuß bedient. Das Krankenhaus war so zuvorkommend und hätte sich nicht mehr wünschen können. Das Hotel, das sie mir zur Verfügung stellten, war einfach perfekt, um mich zu erholen.

Wow, que puis-je dire ? J'ai eu la meilleure expérience grâce à Bridge Health Travel (Irem), tout a été discuté avant même de monter dans l'avion. Dès votre arrivée à l'hôpital medstar Irem vous attendra avec le sourire !! Vous êtes admis tout de suite et les examens commencent (ils ne perdent pas de temps) après mon opération, j'ai toujours été surveillée par les infirmières/mon chirurgien et Irem. Partir à l'étranger pour me faire opérer m'a fait peur, mais maintenant que j'en ai fait l'expérience, je le recommande à 100 % et j'y retournerai ! Je suis à la maison maintenant presque une semaine après l'opération et j'ai perdu 1 pierre - je me sens fantastique !! I had a gastric sleeve 4 weeks ago today, the level of care I received was above and beyond from the moment I arrived until I was back at home. I was a solo traveller, but never ever felt alone there. Irem and Sasha went out of their way to make me feel at ease and my surgeon Dr Erdem came to visit me every day before and after surgery. If I decide to go back in the future for any plastics I won't hesitate to go back there . I am already over 2 stone lighter since starting my journey.

Jede Frage vom ersten Kontakt bis zur weiteren Unterstützung nach der Operation wird effektiv und schnell beantwortet. Der Chirurg war sachkundig und überprüfte mehrmals vor und nach der Operation. Das Krankenhauspersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt kann ich an meiner Erfahrung nichts auszusetzen haben. Ich bin erst etwas mehr als eine Woche nach der Operation und bereue nichts und bin froh, dass ich Bridge Health Travel als Teil meiner Reise genutzt habe.

Irem and Sasha are fantastic, on hand whenever you need them day or night, the nurses were brilliant, all really friendly and gentle and the surgeon was fantastic too. Everything ran really smoothly, the hospital was really clean and the surgery itself went really well.

I had the gastric sleeve after have the balloon for a year. Highly recommend. Very thorough with pre and post operation care. Hotel is very clean and professional. Surgeon is English speaking and so is the health care coordinator, they keep in touch with you and help every step of the way. 2 months in and Ive lost 3 stone
