Bana Iram adında bir bayanın iletişim bilgilerini verdi. Beni ameliyata alırken çok titiz davrandı ve prosedürle ilgili sorularım olduğunda her zaman oradaydı. Gün hızla yaklaştı ve ben havaalanında özel bir taksiyle karşılandım, Iram ise gece geç olmasına rağmen hastanedeydi! Hemen hastaneye kabul edildim ve kanlar alındı. Ertesi sabah tüm ameliyat öncesi testlerime götürüldüm ve yol boyunca her şey anlatıldı. Daha sonra o öğleden sonra ameliyata alındım ve çok iyi geçti. Birleşik Krallık'a dönmeden önce 2 gece daha hastanede ve bir gece de otelde geçirdim. Hemşirelerin hepsi çok tatlıydı, iletişim kurmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve hatta yardım etmek için Google çeviriyi bile kullandılar. Hastane güzel ve temizdi, çarşaflar her gün değiştiriliyordu ve çöp kutuları günde 2/3 kez boşaltılıyordu. Çok hoş bir deneyimdi ve her şey muhteşem gitti. Yurt dışında ameliyat olmak isteyen herkese BHT'yi tavsiye ederim.

Was für ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Bei der Landung in Antalya wurden wir von einem privaten Transferfahrer abgeholt, der uns bequem zum Krankenhaus fuhr (echtes Krankenhaus, keine kleine Klinik). Dort traf ich Irem, der mich und meinen Mann herzlich begrüßte und ausgezeichnetes Englisch sprach. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen und konnte meine Nerven völlig beruhigen. Irem war unglaublich kompetent ??mit ihrer eigenen Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege wir wussten also, dass ich in guten Händen war. Innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach meiner Ankunft im (sehr sauberen) Krankenhaus wurde ich mit High-Tech-Geräten einer Vielzahl körperlicher Gesundheitstests unterzogen diese Tests hätten in Großbritannien über Monate hinweg stattgefunden, also war ich beeindruckt! Die Einrichtungen waren sauber, ordentlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Unsere privaten Zimmer mit Bad wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und jeden Tag, wenn nicht sogar öfter, mit frischen Handtüchern und Decken versorgt. Meinem Mann, der mit mir reiste, wurden vom Krankenhaus drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten. Ich traf den Chirurgen, der ausschließlich bariatrische Operationen durchführt, der sehr freundlich war und Fragen stellte. Er erklärte mir mit Hilfe von Irem, was passieren würde und wie lange ich operiert werden würde usw. An dem Tag, an dem ich zur Operation gebracht wurde, lief alles perfekt. Ich wurde sehr regelmäßig von den liebenswürdigen Krankenschwestern überwacht, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Zustand nach der Operation gut war. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, sie sind so effizient und alle Verfahren wurden genau so durchgeführt, wie man es in Großbritannien sieht (nur schneller). Ich hatte ein persönliches Gespräch mit einer Ernährungsberaterin, die mir sehr detailliert meine Diät zum Abnehmen nach der Operation erklärte. Ich erhielt eine riesige Tüte Vitamine, Proteinpulver, Literatur zu meiner Operation was mich erwartet usw. und eine umfassende Kopie meiner medizinischen Unterlagen. Ich wurde mit einem privaten Transfer zum Hotel gebracht, das wunderschön war und eine fabelhafte Lage hatte. Ich und mein Mann haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich denke, es besteht immer die Sorge, für eine Operation ins Ausland zu gehen, aber ich war durchweg von der Effizienz, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und dem Wissen des Teams sehr beeindruckt. Ich glaube, dass Sie mehr bekommen, als Sie bezahlen, und ich freue mich sehr, nach der Operation meine neue Reise zur Gewichtsreduktion zu beginnen. I’m currently 2 weeks post op from a gastric sleeve and had the best experience with bridge health travel - I was helped the whole way through by Irem and really owe her so much for helping change my life! From the very start she was so helpful, supportive and caring! It was a massive reason why I picked this company as I had been whatsapping her for months and months before deciding to go ahead and I’m glad I did.
My experience during my surgery all the way to going home was also very good. The team and surgeon were very skilled and caring, checking on me throughout the day and Irem is always there for any questions or if you need anything.
The rooms were so clean and modern during my stay and it was also very comfortable. If you bring a companion, they also set up a bed next to the hospital bed and 3 meals a day for their everyday which was a very nice gesture.
So good for value! And the team really are the best. Already seeing a steady weight loss 13 days out and Irem gives you all the extra information and medications to go home with so you’re prepared when you get home!

What a fantastic experience.
Upon landing in Antalya we were met by a private transfer driver who drove us in comfort to the hospital (real hospital, not a small clinic). There I met Irem who welcomed myself and husband warmly and spoke excellent English. She answered all questions and was able to calm my nerves entirely. Irem was incredibly knowledgable - with her own nursing experience - so we knew I was in good hands.
In 2 hours of arriving at the (very clean) hospital, I had received a multitude of physical health tests using high-tech equipment - these tests would have taken place over months in the UK so I was impressed!
The facilities were clean, tidy and the staff extremely friendly. Our private en-suite rooms were cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and blankets every day, if not more often. My husband who travelled with me was offered 3 meals per day from the hospital.
I met the surgeon - who performs bariatric surgery solely - who was very friendly and encouraged questions. He explained, with the help of Irem, what was going to happen and how long I would be in surgery etc.
On the day I was taken to surgery, everything went perfectly well. I was monitored by the loveliest nurses very regularly to ensure my post-op condition was good. Nothing was too much trouble, they are so efficient and all procedures were done absolutely as you would see in the UK (just quicker).
I had a 1-2-1 conversation with a dietician who explained my wasting journey post-surgery I’m great detail. I was given a giant bag of vitamins, protein powders, literature regarding my surgery - what to expect etc and a comprehensive copy of my medical notes.
I was taken by private transfer to the hotel, which was lovely in a fabulous location. Myself and husband were very comfortable throughout.
I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. I think there is always the worry about “going abroad” for surgery, but I was so impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness, friendliness and knowledge of the team throughout.
I believe you get more than what you pay for and I am very excited to start my new weight loss journey post-surgery.
I am now home with no residual pain, just getting used to my new diet and tiny tummy.

Bir gece kaldım ve ertesi sabah Iram'ın özel bir taksiyle havaalanına dönüş ayarını yaptıktan sonra eve uçtum. Consultation de Chirurgie Bariatrique Au début, j'avais très peur car c'était ma première intervention chirurgicale. Le prix était bon, les soins étaient bons. Beaucoup de recherches avant l'opération. Hôpital très propre (je pense que la seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée ce sont les lits pour l'accompagnant). Coordinateur très serviable, conseille et aide toujours en cas de doute. Elle n'a jamais hésité à répondre et a toujours été aimée. Je lui donne 5 étoiles.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting any work done. I genuinely couldn't explain how exceptional they were, from the very start to the very end. Super clean and friendly place, who treat you like VIP.
Every single staff member genuinely cares for you and is always making sure you are OK. I even had cleaners coming to me all the time and making sure I'm OK or if I needed anything.
Also, there was an Amazing lady called Irem who assisted me through everything, and she also kept in contact with my husband who was back home, to tell him everything was OK with me and assured him all the way whilst I was in recovery.
But honestly, me explaining my experience is nothing compared to the actual experience. I couldn't recommend them enough

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

I couldnt have asked for any better- from the VIP transfers to the hospital .. the actual surgery .. the care I received from everyone including the nurses. The surgeon checks up on the before and after surgery. Irem was with me the whole way if I needed her - she is a wee gem! The hotel was lovely
. If I could give my experience of this surgery 10 stars I would. Im back home 6 weeks tomorrow and feeling fine!! I didnt even have the gas pain afterwards! I could go on and on about my treatment but honestly, if youre in doubt - do it! Just wish I had sooner.

Irem and Sasha are fantastic, on hand whenever you need them day or night, the nurses were brilliant, all really friendly and gentle and the surgeon was fantastic too. Everything ran really smoothly, the hospital was really clean and the surgery itself went really well.

Je ne saurais trop recommander cette entreprise, j'avais comme tout autre patient peur et je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre mais dès que je suis descendu de l'avion, j'ai été immédiatement accueilli par un taxi VIP qui nous a emmenés à l'hôpital où j'ai rencontré. l'incroyable Iram, elle m'a tout expliqué et m'a expliqué tout ce que j'avais besoin de savoir. L'hôpital lui-même était si propre que des femmes de ménage venaient dans notre chambre environ 4 fois par jour. Elles étaient également formidables avec notre compagnon et leur donnaient des repas 3 fois par jour. J'ai eu quelques complications après l'opération où j'ai eu besoin de 3 transfusions sanguines mais encore une fois, la chirurgienne et son équipe m'ont mis à l'aise et pas inquiète. Le jour 4, nous sommes allés dans un hôtel par transfert VIP et l'hôtel était incroyable. Depuis que je suis rentré à la maison, Irem m'envoie un message ou peut m'appeler chaque fois que j'ai besoin de poser une question. Honnêtement, je ne saurais trop recommander cette entreprise, mais je la remercie surtout d'avoir changé ma vie.

I was so nervous before arriving, but as soon as I arrived Irem was there and led me through every step of the way , the care I received from the staff was amazing … I was constantly being checked in on , changing my bedding and giving me medication, my mum who came with me for free received 3 hot meals a day. Overall really happy with my experience with the hospital and all the staff
